Yesterday I came in to get my spicy crawfish this is something I always do every week because I like crawfish. I’ve been coming In here every week with no problem this day I came to pick up the crawfish , and when they opened the box I notice there was a piece of hair In the crawfish and mostly legs , I asked can I get a new one and the big wide African lady with the nappy soft top starts to get mad I think she was scared to ask her manager she went in and finally asked him and he came out immediately ready to not hear about the order! I explain to him calm this is 22 dollar plate and it’s not enough for the price I know the difference since I come in a lot he told me to take it before he calls the police and it threw me off guard because I wasn’t rude to him but the amount of attitude he gave me for asking for a new plate and said he was gonna call the police I said you know what call them, I said and waited over an hour for the police to come for something so stupid and they never showed, the amount of times he wanted to be mean to black people because of our color but he couldn’t because I was staring at him the entire time I was waiting on police is hilarious! He hates black people and my thing is why is your restaurant in a black neighborhood if you feel that was about us! So many people came in with problems and he had to swallow his pride because I sat calmly staring at him and waiting for the police is crazy fast forward almost 2 hours later I finally asked “r they still coming? He said he don’t know so I said you know what he’s not giving me a refund on a 57 dollar order not food stamps so I take the food and jut go home I should have never done that I’m vomiting everything up I can’t sleep I think he poisoned the food my stomach is so upset! You lost a very loyal customer the most paying customer because of tryna rip me off and poisoning me I will have your store looked into! I also saw how you were not nice to your workers but had to be nice today to them so they could be on your side when the police came for no reason I saw everything and not once did give you a reason to call police your lost it’s the beginning of the downfall...

I used to like this place but this was my last time coming here. There is a new asian man working there who claims to be the '' manager '' who was CLEARLY hitting on my underage daughter. Absolutely disgusting. He kept trying to talk to her while she waited for our food I was sitting in the car so she came back and told me she was uncomfortable waiting at the store because the man was asking her things like are you single and saying that she was very pretty and looked '' very healthy '' whatever that means. I went to the store to confront him and he wasn't there so I asked the cashier to call him but he ignored me. Let me clarify I did not make a scene I just asked to speak with the manager. When I was leaving the store I saw the asian man again so I tried to talk to him but he interrupted me and said " if nothing is wrong with your food just leave" very rude and unprofessional. Food isn't everything bad service ruins a restaurant too. / EDIT: I came back in months later in hope I could avoid the man and order food with the lady. I found out everyone had quit and there was only one new girl working that didn't know how to take my order so she called the man I had issues with on my last visit. When he saw me he immediately said I was not welcomed and he was not going to take my order. I see the response from owner apologizing and promising to resolve things yet I was kicked out of the place for calling out bad service? I guess the owner doesn't care how his customers get treated as long as they can keep cashing our...

I've often ordered from here, but this time when I called, I got a gentleman who took my order efficiently and professionally. The only problem was when he hung up without disclosing the total. So I called back to find out my total and got a female who was very unpleasant & unprofessional. When I told her my name, she replied using the wrong name 2 different times, which is understandable bc she stated that she couldn't hear me. So I projected my voice so she can hear me. She then stated (and i quote) " Ma'am stop yelling in my ear, I'm not deaf what is it you need". Now instead of me stooping down to her level, and making her feel the amensity of annoyance I felt, I hung up the phone in her face, and called back to speak to a manager/ owner. I politely told him I would like to cancel my order, bc I don't feel comfortable taking food from his establishment after being spoken to that way, especially when I'm spending my hard earned money. I decided to take my business elsewhere. The sad part about is it the owner/ manager guy didn't bother to apologize for his employee's behavior!! Moral of the story is I refuse to be a patron where the service is poor. Great service is a must this day and age. Especially in small businesses. The food was always good, however I will never step foot back in this establishment. ...
