Buyer Beware!
So after having interactions with the wonderful store folk, I purchased last year a full fabric sectional. I was told that buying the warranty was not a scam and they really do cover everything. Punctures, tears, stains, normal wear from use, etc. So now, less than a year after I purchase, I see that the couch is sunken in and the back is torn a bit, as there is no wood to support it. I call, quite proud I bought the warranty.
Well after a few hours being jumped around on the phone, getting various numbers to call and speaking to a few people, I finally got in touch with "ProtectAll", a misnomer if ever there was one. After almost an hour going over all my details, the emails, the phone numbers, etc, they finally find my claim, only to ask if I am familiar with the "terms and conditions". I then get texted a lengthy document where I am informed that "blah blah blah" so I ask this gentleman to save us time and cut to the chase, "After doing right by your company, buying the protection plan, and spending an additional 400$ on this, you're not going to help me are you?"
"No, sir."
Yeah, don't be an idiot. Don't be like me and think that by getting the warranty you are going to be protected. Less than a year! They won't honor their warranty. Less than a year! Don't waste your money. These sales people operate on a kickback, they have mouths to feed and don't care if you get got in the process. It is sad that this is the state of things, but hopefully this will convince someone else on the fence trying to do the right thing to think twice.

After explaining what I was looking for Charell showed me where to look. She let me look around for a few minutes before approaching me to see if I had any questions or needed any help. At that time I asked her the price of a sofa and loveseat i was looking at and if it was available to be picked up. She gave me the price said it was available and we went to the register to checkout. In and out of the store in less than 20 minutes and off to pick up my new livingroom set. If it was not needed immediately I probably would have had them deliver it but desperate times call for desperate measures. He was very warm and receptive. He was not too overbearing, and was very willing to help me. I told him that I would visit the store later that afternoon, but he was not there when I returned.Rachael greeted me as soon as I walked into the door, and she was very warm and accepting. I asked Will Ryan, but he had left and went home for the day.
