I would highly encourage anyone looking to buy a home, NOT utilize blue cord reality. I honestly had a terrible experience. I feel like they took advantage of the fact that Iâm young and a 1st time home buyer. They only thing I feel like they did was fill in the templet for real estate contracts, Iâll give them that(usually theyâd get the address wrong)
JOB DESCRIPTION, âA real estate agent helps his or her clients purchase, rent, or sell properties. They advise clients about market conditions, conduct walkthroughs, and provide guidance and assistance through the process of buying, selling, or leasing properties.â
When I contacted them to ask questions regarding specific dates and details about my house during the closing process, they would give me wrong info. Itâs like every few days a different person would contact me about the house, as if they were passing me around. I didnât mind ,BUT a few time when someone new contacted me they didnt know the full details.
If you buy houses all the time and only need a real-estate team to copy and paste your address on the contracts, blue cord is for you. Even then, for me they would put the wrong address most the time.
They were unprofessional and unprepared during my experience with them. For the final walk through, they didnât even bother to go look at the house before me, when I got their it was not cleared out. The backyard had random plantar and cinder blocks from previous owner, the house was invested with dog hair all over the inside refrigerator, along with mold and crust/spilt liquid stains, hair on walls and floor. The sellers left pictures on the walls, trophies in a couple rooms, the windows were so dirty a few window a wonât close completely( dog hair a dust), bathrooms toilets had fresh piss stains. Obviously they seller rushed out and didnt care to clean at all or leave it presentable, neither did BLUE CORD REALITY.
When I asked why is the house so dirty, they said â it wasnât mentioned in the contract to be cleaned âand âwhen you looked at the house you accept it as isâ.
I find it very disappointing, I never felt like they were trying to help me and on my side. They even told me they knew the listing agent and they knew the people living in the house??????
When I chose cierra as my agent I looked at how many house were sold in the last year with her it was about 45(which is a reason why I choose her) But now I know they they were probably to busy to help. I would think of why they didnât care, maybe because my house was $300,000,so their take home Isnât as great. I dont like leaving bad reviews, but for 3% ($7000) as take home ... I honestly want to feel bad for leaving this review, but...
Read moreBlue Cord Realty is an amazingly great business to deal with. We are landlords that have always owned and taken care of our own properties so for us to make property investments in another state on the opposite side of the country was a large step and a leap of faith. I need to state in full assurance and honesty that the Kellet's and team made this transition a smooth and easy process. We purchased two homes from Blue Cord and both purchases went seemless and we are very pleased with the results. Blue Cord currently manages both properities and once again we are completley satisfied with the job that they are doing for us. Blue Cord has always done what the say and in the timeframe that they tell us which is quite impressive and rare today. One of our homes received extensive damage in the last tornado and is currently unliveable but Kelly and team have jumped in to get our home on the road to recovery. As I stated above, we are hands on type of people, but living on the other side of the country makes this impossible so we are relying heavily upon Blue Cord to manage the rebuilding of our home. Thankfully Kelly and team are on this and doing an amazing job! My wife and I are at complete peace knowing that they are taking charge of all the details and overseeing the entire rebuilding process. I am so greatful and thankful to Blue Cord Realty for being there and being a company that we can trust throughout this process. So here is an extremely loud shout out to the Kellit's, THANK YOU, YOU ARE ALL AS AWESOME AS...
Read moreHonestly if youâve lived in an apartment with BlueCord youâd be inclined not to want to rent again. Iâve rented with this company for almost 3 years now and itâs been a constant struggle for decent service. The beginning of the first year my spouse and I were facing hardships due to the pandemic while having to face Byers and Harvey be bought by BlueCord. Initially I believed it to be a better situation but after emails and notices in the mail it was stated that a 300$ increase on the rent would be in effect. This place reeked of predatory behavior within a matter of minutes. Even after the increase in rent the only thing this complex received was new dumpsters. The empty apartments were furnished while the remaining tenants either had to make a maintenance request or just have to deal with the appliances they have. I been late on my rent in the beginning with BlueCord and within 24 hours I get an email saying I need to pay or an additional fee will be placed on what is owed. These are regular ramifications for apartments Iâm am aware but these apartments arenât maintained on a weekly basis ( landscaping, regular trash pick up, suitable playground for children to interact, etc.) It is far easier to get evicted than it is to get maintenance for your apartment. BlueCord is for the already established not for people that live the everyday struggles that come with constantly having to...
