I called the repairman to fix my fridge and wash machine. He could not get "code" to appear on his machine to tell him what was wrong with he washer. He made it clear he does not know much about Samsung and does not like Samsung. After describing what the machine was doing to the person that answered the phone, Samsung customer service, and my husband assessing the problem and everyone said it "sounded' like the safety latch. The repairman insisted it was the control board. I didn't feel comfortable with his diagnosis. I told him would wait to repair it. I called him back 2 weeks later to replace the lock latch. He kept telling me that's not the issue and I needed a control panel. I had him replace the latch. He came put the latch on and said it still doesn't work. You need the control panel for an additional $230 & I have it in the truck. I told him no thank you. My husband had surgery I had to wait 2 weeks to get another repairman out to look at it. WELL it was the lock latch. The repairman did not put the screws or the power cord in the machine correctly. The control panel works just fine. and NOW the lock latch does too. No thanks to Gregg..(i think...
Read moreAbsolutely wonderful experience with Bianca. I had ordered a replacement refrigerator water line from Amazon. The part ended up being cancelled due to the vendor closing down. Figured I would look around locally and behold I found Appliance Parts Today right here in Clarksville. A small local business who knows how to take care of the customer. After getting to the store, Bianca mentioned it might be worth just fixing the cable I had. A replacement cable could be ordered for $40.00 and delivered next day, but it only cost me a few bucks to fix the existing cable. I will definitely becoming back to this local small business for all my appliance needs instead of looking on Amazon or eBay first. They have earned my future business for appliance repair parts.
