Nice consumer businesses on the first floor. The Falls of Ohio Fossil beds are basically in my backyard, and I love to hike and climb around. Easy access to Louisville and Jeffersonville downtown areas. You could not have asked for better management. Manager of the building is extremely rude. We parked in the lot not knowing. She followed us onto the elevator of the other building asking us to move our cars. We didn’t have a problem with that at all. We dropped our stuff off at the pool at current 812 and ran back over to move our cars. After we moved our cars to street parking the manager began heckling us from the roof. Saying to remember to move our cars, which we had already done. When we said we had done it she just continued to yell things. Not a way to get anyone to come over there especially ones that were complying with her requests. I would not recommend. Next door is a much better option and the managers are a lot more personable and KIND.

Update: Oh I see you changed from you original response which was much more understanding. The fact of the matter is you were acting like a lunatic to people complying with what you were asking. Amazing location, beautiful property, everyone on staff is kind and friendly! I work downtown Lou and the location is unbeatable, door to door in 5 minutes! The view of the city at night is unreal, and the snack fund is always nice when I want a quick treat but don’t want to have to stock my pantry. I do hope they find more maintenance team members as it has taken a long time to get issues fixed, but that would be the only thing I would change if I had to pick something. Thank you Jazmine for helping me feel at home and get setup here!

Update: the maintenance team was able to catch on their list of projects and was able to remedy all my issues recently. Given mine were less urgent, they were pushed back more than others. So they will get to your requests and take care of you...
