Subway — Restaurant in Clarksville

Absolutely horrendous service, and a disgrace to the Subway name. This subway goes through managers like the Chinese go through rice. I had an absolutely horrifying experience with the night manager crew "Jacob" the manger, and his two disgusting/argumentative/disrespectful crew members. Jacob a manager at this Subway is beyond disrespectful, and disgusting. Who treats the customers like trash, and has horrific attitude. And sadly is the reason I will no longer be taking my business there. On one night a brand new crew member of Jacob's crew falsely accused me of stealing a drink, because she didn't count the money right. She was new, rude, disrespectful. She had Jacob confront me. Upon doing so Jacob was rude, disgusting, wrong, and an animal in the way he treated me. And falsely accused me of stealing. Well it turns out the lady was new, can't count money, and made mistake. When it was learned I was in the right. Jacob didn't apologize, got nastier, and his other Mexican female crew member became irate/interrupted the conversation. The new worker error became my problem, when it was learned I was right, and she a mistake. Jacob didn't apologize or anything. He gave and excuse the lady was new, and it was her first day. So Jacob falsely accuses me of stealing a drink, calls me out, and when it turns out he wrong. He doesn't apologize, get's smug, and arrogant, and even ruder. Completely insulting me, and treating me if I wasn't human. Jacob, and his crew made and error. And when they realized they were wrong, they didn't apologize. And Mexican female worker interrupted, and became insanely rude & obnoxious. Jacob, and his two crew members were ruder than come be. And it wasn't just me, another customer came in, and commented on how rude Jacob was. Also my sandwich portions were skimpy, and the cookies I got were old and stale. This subway is a nightmare, with rude employees, argumentative employees with the customers, terrible service, and is filthy at times. Jacob though is the worst thing about this subway. Parking good, store clean, manager and staff friendly and on point, steak and cheese sandwich very good-my favorite. Fresh and good. Good for lunch or dinner. Update: volume of Classic Rock music is disturbing. Maybe no music would be better. Unable to fully enjoy lunch in usually calm restaurant with this intrusive music. Need better signage for order area. Order area and cashier seem to be placed backwards. Back again: consistently good, friendly staff. No music today. Pleasant dining room. Update: stopped in after work. A Young guy sitting at table rubbing his hair got up to take my order. He didn't wash his hands. Then he made my order different then the lunch staff. I called him out on it and he said that's the way it is. Anyway, the food tasted the same after all. Update: found lunch time busy with a lengthy line although it went faster than other fast food places. Consistent good quality and efficient service. Update: music urban and loud today. Toddler wondering around in the kitchen. Lunch time. Crumbs on tables. Place could be kept cleaner during busier times. Tried drive thru, which was a joke. I Had to go inside and then wait in line. Car behind me got service. Which ticked me off. Once inside I had to then wait behind service of that car and two other customers. All Employees, I say again, all employees should appear cleaner in appearance since they are handling food. Brush their hair. Cover sores on arms. Take a shower. Etc. they could sweep up the litter that is outside of the...

Absolutely DO NOT order or eat here. I was lied to about a coupon, which I rarely use them and when I do, I make sure to read them. It was a 17.99 for 3 footlongs. I made sure I read it and didn't order any of the ones you can not have. I went to check out and gave it to him, and he said chicken bacon is not covered. I was nice and said okay then I'll just take another footlong in a bowl, only meat." My order was so simple. He didn't even have to warm my meat up. The two were plain bread meat and cheese. And he was huffing and puffing. And the kicker tried telling me my total was 48$. Howwww, 17.99 for any 3 footlongs and whatever you charged me 12.99 for an additional footlong that I didn't even need. That's fine, but 17.99+12.99= NOT 48$!!! He proceeded to tell me I was wrong because he didn't see me show him my coupon when I began my order. I am so irate I about just walking out without paying for anything and letting him keep this bagged meat. Like I am a bartender, I am easygoing and understand, but this was absolutely insane. He tried to rob me and huffed and puffed about a coupon. Horrible nasty bad lettuce. Horrible customer service. Like I said, don't come here!!
