This theater was nice and has potential to gain more stars if they address certain issues that many guests have brought up. The bathroom stalls were really nice as others have stated. The concession prices were pretty good and I like that there are free refills on drinks and popcorn, however, the popcorn was really stale and cold at the matinee we attended. The nacho cheese is not very good either. The theater chairs were nice but the foot rests do not go up all the way and if you prefer to just sit up, your legs will dangle unless you are extremely tall lol. It is nice that the back and legs operate on different buttons so you can adjust each separately. The heated seats were nice because it was absolutely freezing in the theater, but my seat got so hot even on level 1 that I had to turn it off, it felt like my back was burning. My kids seat next to mine was not getting that hot so perhaps that seat is faulty. Also, the seats are scratchy cloth material and I can foresee them getting stinky and gross very fast. They arenât really wipeable to clean or anything. As others have stated, the theater is LOUD, and we were not even in the Dolby whatever theater. I brought foam earplugs after reading the reviews and am so glad I did. We actually could hear the Smurfs movie loud and clear that was playing next door during quiet parts when we were watching Jurassic rebirth. I canât imagine how loud the other theaters get and donât think itâs safe to bring children here without hearing protection. I personally couldnât really relax and enjoy the movie due to the cold and loudness of the theater. Overall I prefer Regal cinemas and will probably not come back to this theater until They fix the sound/loudness issues so many people...
Read moreThe Positives: It's NEW! The prices are cheaper than Regal. It has heated recliner seats. They sell blankets for 7.99! đđŒ They have a free small popcorn coupon you can print online with purchase of another item at concessions. The workers are nice. The bathrooms were clean and no sticky floors in the theater. But it is NEW. The movie screen quality was amazing and so clear. Way nicer than Regal and we loved that!
The Negatives: We watched a movie in the DOLBY ATMOS theater and it's loud! The seats also vibrate with all the action which I didn't like so much considering we went to see a full force action movie, Ballerina, so I had to lift my head up off the back of the recliner so my brain wouldn't be vibrating for nearly two hours. I wish they could have the option to turn the vibration chair feature off honestly. I know some people like that experience, but I get Migranes from that and could have done without my head vibrating off the chair constantly. I will try a theater without DOLBY ATMOS feature next time to see if it's non-existent chair movement. The recliners do not go back as far as Regal recliners, but they were fine. The bathrooms were good, I just noticed the purse hook on the back of the door is pretty high. I'm a tall lady and felt bad for the shorter females that have to reach up to hang their purse or coat at the top of the door. đ€Ș
I will be back though because of prices and cleanliness of theater. I won't go to the DOLBY ATMOS theater due to the volume and chair vibrations. It's cool if your into that, I'm just not trying to have a 4D experience though. Lol Ps. Ballerina movie From the World of John...

Problems
Seats are not very comfortable with the only plus being heated seats.
Seats are made with material that stains and will trap crumbs/bacteria while being almost impossible to fully clean. Seats will be gross soon.
The layout of some of the theaters are strange almost feeling like youâre in a large cargo container with seats at strange viewing heights.
Without Dolby the sound does not feel like the typical surround sound high quality experience, and is often times so loud it is painful. With Dolby the sound is DANGEROUSLY high with decibel readings high enough to potentially HARM ears.
Movies showtimes are poorly planned, if you want to watch a movie in Dolby there is a chance that you wonât be able to, because showtimes are identical from day to day often. For one movie every single day it only had Dolby at 11:10pm so if that was too late then you just simply couldnât see it in Dolby.
This company is non responsive to complaints with a seemingly âwho caresâ attitude to the complaints and concerns brought up by customers. With many people complaining about the noise level and nothing being done almost makes it seem as if this company wants to go out of business. Negative reviews online seem to be responded to with an automated bot that doesnât address any of the core problems brought up.
If this company doesnât start to listen, it is going to fail. Regal is a much better theater, and the old AMC was better in many ways. I hope that Phoenix will listen to feedback from now on, but currently this is a business I...
