Plum Ridge Apartments — Local services in Clarksville

One year in and about to renew lease happily. All maintenance issues always get resolved quickly. The manager, Jenny, is amazing and always very helpful with questions or complaints. The entire apartments area feels very safe and is usually very clean and quiet.

The reason for the 4 stars is due to dog feces in the grass not being picked up which was mostly resolved after an announcement addressing the situation was made.

The second reason is due to wishing they had a small park within the apartments. It would really make it much more family friendly.

The third reason for 4 stars is the parking situation. I absolutely hate the parking, it’s always full in the front where the sidewalk is and guests tend to take the parking spots in the front as well which is really annoying.

Also, cars are always speeding through the speed bumps not caring about children.

Plum Ridge Apartments are definitely the place to go for the money in our area. I looked at several places to rent, and none came close to the quality of PR for the price. Many places were more expensive with poorer quality. And the pet fees at PR are more than fair. Of course living in an apartment isn’t perfect, you may hear some noise once in a while. But I feel as though the vast majority of noise is fairly well eliminated. Any issues that I may have had with my unit have been dealt with promptly. The only gripe I have is with the limited parking. And even then, depending on the building you lease in, it may be more or less of an issue. Some units do have plenty of parking.

I notice reviews indicating the apartments are filthy/moldy, or the property manager is mean/evil. Absolutely not. Ignore those reviews. Jenny has been extremely easy to work with, and accommodating. And the apartments are in fantastic condition. Sincerely, a three...

Plum Ridge Apartments have many positive qualities. It is a very safe location. The parking spaces are large enough for an SUV to fit comfortably. They keep the outside areas clean and well kept. The inside of the apartment is spacious with an open floor plan. There are plenty of windows to add an exceptional amount of light. Maintenance is efficient.
