Thursday we went to Clarksville Buffalo Wild Wings off S Hampton Place. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer, three people were sharing 30 boneless wings and large tater tots, one ordered a chicken wrap and one just had a soda. Two milks and two tear rounded out the groups order. They need to learn a few things. First appetizer means! The definition is a small plate of food taken before a meal to stimulate appetite. First that came out was the individual chicken wrap and the large tots. It was brought by another person so when the waitress came back I said the tots were part of the meal and why would one persons food come out before all the others food and where is the appetizer. The response oh we bring it as it is made. So that tells me this kitchen has major issues. The onions rings are so overdone that 90 had nothing inside, leading me to believe the fryer is way to hot to try to punch food out. Everyone else received their food. The boneless 30 wing had maybe five that had any sense of chicken. Most were over cooked tiny pieces of batter. Our drinks were almost always empty. The worst part was the basketball game was blaring so loud you had to yell across the table. I watched and not one person was cheering for the game or even watching the game that was blaring. I noticed my tables with children, one table was trying to play a game where you hold your cell phone to your head. I asked the waitress if it had to be that loud and she said that she had told her manager that six other people complained. I said well there are 5 more at this table that are complaining. I asked for the manager. After what I feel was a rather long wait. She finally came over and said that this is SEC championship and this is a sport bar and u til June this is the way it was going to be. Well, this is the last time I will ever go to BWW! Read moreThis was my first time being here at this location and when I say I’ll never be back! I got there, in which I was just being a girl in my own world and ordered at the takeout register. I did not know that the carrots and celery were extra. I stated this MANY TIMES. However, no one, not even the manager, who had to take it off, made me feel like it was a honest mistake or gave gentle customer service. This lead to me ordering my food at 7:21p and not getting it til 8:07p. Literally EVERY SINGLE PERSON that came in after me got their food as soon as they walked in, but mine was pushed back. When I asked how long it will be, that is when the young lady at the takeout register began to show concern and was nice enough to check on my food and said 5 more minutes. It was indeed not 5 more minutes. That is when I got with my receipt and was about to get a refund, but I told the young lady, “if my wings are cold, while y’all waiting on my Buffalo Chicken Wrap, I’m sending it back.That is when she said they were going to have the wings fresh. For the first 30 minutes, the manager saw me sitting down and did not once approach me or give good customer service AT All. ONLY when she saw me standing up waiting by the register is when she wanted to approach me and state, “Ahh I really like your shoes.” I in fact ignored her because she walked past me about 5 times when I was sitting and did not say a word, even looked at me and kept walking. I was also on the phone with my sister to be the witness to everything. The only person who was initially welcoming was the hostess at the front door. EVERYONE ELSE was not welcoming and looked at me with a blank face. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. The service was trash but the food though was 7.5/10. Read moreMy family has been a fan of Bdubs for a while now, it’s recently become a family favorite! We love the Clarksville location and rarely have anything short of an amazing experience. During our last 3 visits, we’ve noticed exceptional service by not only our waiters but also a few around us. Jeff has been spotted time and time again checking on guests, cleaning tables, getting people seated and he’s so observant. He noticed that mine and my husband’s food was brought out and not our children’s and he was so quick to check on it and bring it out, despite the fact that he was NOT our waiter! Tonight Trent was our waiter. He was great! Our kids food came fast but my husband and I waited for a while. Trent apologized for any delays and explained that they were short staffed, meanwhile we saw him waiting on so many tables and providing great customer service! My husband made several comments about how awesome our service has been recently and how we’re so glad to see them so busy (on a Wednesday night) after what I’m sure has been a difficult year for them due to Covid.
Every company needs employees like Jeff and Trent! Thank you guys for making a difference! You’re hard work does not go unnoticed!
