I want to start off by saying my review has zero to do with the service provided by Mason. Mason is a superstar and an absolute joy to come in contact with. The area could use a good cleaning and proper staffing. There was one young lady manning the machines , cleaning, and letting the kids on and off the trampoline. Need I remind you, trampoline is 12 per kid, and literally EVERY TIME the kids leave, they close the access. There were several times kids would just be waiting near it hoping the attendants would return. In most cases, I or another adult had to go to the counter to ask about an attendant. Its a true waste of money, as the kids are never able to enjoy this unlimited perk. The food was ok. Salad bar was pretty lack luster. Not as many toppings as before, no eggs, turkey, ham, not a whole lot to choose from on. Pizza was a bit skimpy this time around. A lot of sauce with not a lot of cheese or meat. The giant cookie came out undercooked and the churros overcooked which is how this experience turned from lackluster to poor. I noticed my daughter had been charged full price for the churros and as a gold member she shouldve only paid 2.50. When they brought this to the manager, the manager accused them of not saying they were gold members and reluctantly ordered more churros. When the churros came out, they were brick hard! I took them back to the counter and the manager became visible upset with having to replace the churros. Essentially he utters, "Ill check cook them halfway" and returns with churros that were half cold and half hot. In an effort to reduce our interactions with this man, i just told my children not to eat them. Unacceptable customer service and unacceptable food standards. I understand dealing with children may not be a persons passion but nothing warranted ruining these kids expereince over churros that were 5 bucks! Then to add insult to injury, I dropped my fork for this salad, and when I went to counter he blatantly ignored my request for a fork! Poor Mason had to stop what he was doing just to get the fork. I really hate that this is the only location in Clarksville, because based on our experience, and that of so many others, doesnt look like this location is customer friendly at all. With Fort Campbell being so close, I hope the powers that be consider adding another location closer to the base. ****Picture of the half cooked churros below and the closed trampoline access.***(

This is more a reflection of Chuck E. Cheese in general. I went to this location, but I realized these issues are nothing this location can change, as I’m looking at it through nostalgic glasses. There have been a lot of changes for the worse since I was younger, and a lot of cost-saving measures, such as no one serving your food or a hostess directly at the door. Yet, the bigger issue is that there are no more animatronics, so no show to entertain, just a DVD-type video playing on a big screen. It costs $10+ to play in a mini trampoline section, whereas back in the day, the ball pit/mini Discovery Zone was free. The available games seem dated, especially when compared to Dave & Buster’s across the street. Also, the cost of prizes seems much higher than at Dave’s. We got a timed card (an hour and a half) and barely got any tickets, while paying the same amount of time at Dave’s got us an extreme amount of tickets by comparison. The only thing that gives you the most bang for your buck is the $20.00 for an entire hour, Monday through Thursday . On the plus side, they finally serve beer at this location, but it seems only certain employees were allowed to sell it to me. Now, to be fair, this isn't just an issue at this location, but it's unfortunate that Chuck E. Cheese may have trouble catching up with the times.

They stamp everyone's hand on the way in, and they must check you off on the way out; to keep children from wandering back out. The staff were very friendly and interactive with everyone. They took our order quickly and our pizza was out, in just a few minutes. The salad bar was fresh and well stocked, with fruit and jello options also. We decorated our table for a birthday celebration and brought our small cake with us. The unlimited card options work great for a family! We bought 1 hour's unlimited games and were exhausted and ready to eat, by the time the playing was over. Our sweet girl was racing from game to game; looking like the ball from a pinball machine bouncing from place to place! The points went on the card automatically, to be spent at our leisure or on departure, so no tickets to keep up with...but as a kid, perhaps that was half the fun! While she had a blast and didn't want to leave, she was out cold before we pulled out of the complex and slept thru the night! For entertaining kids during the winter; this made a great place to celebrate and spend the day...and there are always new friends to meet there!

Will NOT go back to this Chuck E. Cheese's again!!! Worst experience ever!!! We walk in to a horde of children surrounding mickey & minnie, couldn't even get past the entrance to get up to the cashier, we had to wait about 10 minutes to get through. Not very well thought out there. We get up to the cash register and the cashier starts to take our order. She answers the phone twice and helps 3 other customer before we even get a chance to pay. Than have to slide the credit card 4 times since she doesn't pay attention. She'd tell us to slide than ask what card, then forget and do it again and than forget to press the button. We then go to the salad bar after our 25 minute order is done. Already been here 35 minutes and haven't even gotten salad yet. Get to the salad bar and there are 4 people waiting since have the bar is empty. A women asks a lady for help she says she'll be right back with stuff to fill the bar. Comes out with the stuff, goes in the back and never comes back out. Wait 10 minutes and the stuff is just sitting in the containers while the line gets bigger. The lady up front asks another lady for help and she is headed out for her smoke break and is very rude and says its not her job and gets another lady over there. So this lady comes over and goes into the back to get the salad bar stuff that is sitting on the bar. She comes back and sees the stuff sitting there and cusses. By then we had been waiting over 20 minutes. We get our salad and go sit down. Wait another 35 minutes for our pizza which was burnt on the crust. Been here 2 hours and are finally able to go play games, first game, a girl about 10 pushes my 3 yr old out of the way and steals the game that had his coin, next game the ball is missing and a little boy comes up with the ball from the other side of the room and starts playing the game, I then tell his mother that it was my sons turn since it was his coin, she argues telling me no it's not and to wait my turn so I tell my son we are going up to the desk to get our coins back and we start walking that way and she runs up and tosses a coin at me and apologizes. My son got knocked over 3 times due to big kids running wild without any parental supervision, I got almost knocked over multiple times. You need to have a no running rule and a parental supervision required rule!!! Having 60+ kids running around with no manner or supervision is an accident waiting to happen. So after my son being mistreated we decided to just leave and use the coins at the Bowling Green Chuck E. Cheese since have not had any of these problems and we got there 1-3 times a month. So we go to refill our drinks a lady comes up next to me and yells over the drink area to a worker that someone cleaned her table and took her cup and the lady asks her what size drink so the woman grabs my cup and holds it up. (I know this is not your fault but it just added the cherry on top to the horrendous experience). We went to the exit and the lady asked if we enjoyed our visit and I adamantly said "No, it was horrible" and she said "Aw that's...

Drove an hour to take young niece and nephews for their first visit to Chuckee Cheese Clarksville TN. As my party of 8 was getting seated a large fight began behind our booths in the arcade area. Concerned, my brother and I ran over to break up the fight, which supposedly started over an individual brandishing a pistol. There was absolutely no help from employees or the security they have on site, even after machines being knocked around, multiple fights breaking out, and an infant being struck in the face. After successfully disrupting the chaos we were able to usher the individuals out of the restaurant as fighting continued and where the security was noticed patiently waiting for law enforcement. Once law enforcement, Clarksville Police Department, arrived and things began to return to normal, I was accused by staff (manager; female, dark hair who refused to identify other than manager) as an "antagoniser" of the brawl and was approached by 3 (ALL on-site law enforcement) and was told that my party must leave the property. I am HUMIATED in the practice of this establishment that claims to be for the fun and safety of children, to unjustly accuse, intimidate my family, and treat a good Samaritan as a criminal. This manager, all 3 police officers, and multiple employees cornered my family, including my sitting wife with my 2 year old nephew, demanding that we leave immediately because I was seen on camera entering and exiting several times. At this point other employees began explaining that I was not part of the brawl but was trying to stop it (thank you Keishonna) At this point I am embarrassed, confused, and fed up I ask for a complete refund and hand my receipts to Chris Lockwood who now claims to be the manager. As we gather our belongings another employee (Glenn who identified as a manager) approaches and hands me receipts stating on camera that I have been refunded. Attached are copies of the receipts, no cash was received, no card swiped, no mention of what was refunded. I hope this reaches regional or corporate and actions are taken not just for the safety of clients, but due diligence is taught to those in a managerial position. I will not ever return to this Business! This is not the business model I support, I will take my business elsewhere.

As an update the establishment did not send the charges to my card, neither charged or refunded. Al though this has resulted in the same outcome, the initial deception remains. Noting that the owners respond to most comments left, I have yet to hear from anyone explaining if anything was charged, why it wasn't charged, will it be charged? Best to just not charge and sweep it under the rug. Take the kids to the bowling alley, better management, value, food, or...
