This location is always busy which is good and understandable to expect longer wait times. I’ve come here several times and this is the first time I’ve experienced a rude worker to the point where I feel compelled to write a review.
We placed our order which had two drinks, my husdbands, and mine. We saw my husbands drink come to the window and waited for mine. We saw customers that ordered after us get their drinks so we figured they may have just forgot my drink. After a while my husband decided to ask if maybe they forgot or it could’ve possibly been given to someone else. My husband asked a girl nicely if they forgot the drink. A girl with a name tape that read BLORN snapped back and said “well we just had a drink spill and the ticket probably got knocked off the ticket we will get to your order” and told him to wait.
I could tell this bothered my husband but we decided not to bother with it. After a while our drink was made and another worker brought the drink our and said “here’s the drink for whoever came up here” again rudely.
I grabbed my drink and spoke to BLORN, nicely mentioned to her, “hey I understand that you guys are very busy, but I don’t think it’s necessary to be rude when we were asking about our drink” she again snapped back loudly and said “I a not being rude have a nice day”!
Look I’m normally fairly patient and understanding. I would understand if we were disrespectful towards her or being impatient to get that type of response but we weren’t. I’ve worked retail before and have never treated a...
Read moreMy friends & i ordered 4 drinks yesterday at this location. We had to repeat our order at least 3 times, which was fine due to wanting our order right. Wellllll, our order was still wrong. My friends decided to keep their drinks even though they were wrong but I can’t have regular milk or whip cream so I wanted it fixed. The drink was supposed to be a Venti caramel ribbon frappe with no whip, almond milk in sun for reg milk, & extra caramel. They gave me a grande with reg milk & whip. I politely ask the cashier if it could be fixed & that it was supposed to be a venti. She says in a really snobby tone that i paid for a grande & even said “you see this, see this, this means you paid for a grande” as if I was stupid. Then proceeded to say I would have to pay the difference for the drink so I said that’s fine, why was the difference between a grande & a venti $7!!!?? I said that doesn’t make sense but okay just keep it as a grande. Then she said what was the drink? I told her & she goes & starts whispering to her coworker then the coworker chimes in saying that the order was correct. I said no it wasn’t bcus if it was I wouldn’t have to come back in here. Read moreDO NOT STOP AT THIS LOCATION! Ive gotten dragonfruit refreshers at least once a month for the past 2 years now in different areas an it's always been the exact same color. This is the first time I've stopped at this location. When I went in the cashier was great but the female making the drinks was definitely not. She had a low cut shirt basically showing her breast's an when she gave me my drinks she just said "here" automatically being rude. When I knew it wasn't the right color I tasted it anyways an it in fact didn't taste right at all. So I stopped a different worker an started to ask her if it could be remade or just add an extra pump of the base bc it just tasted like lemonade with dragonfruit pieces, but before she could even say a word the worker came back over having an attitude says "what's the problem" I said it doesn't taste right an the color is off she Said "trust me I know how to make a drink it's fine" I said I've never had it colored yellow it's always pink an she again got smart an said "well it's right" an walks away.
