Spencer's — Local services in Clarksville

not one to leave reviews at all and with spencer’s being one of my favorite stores in the mall i was highly disappointed with the service i received twice now by the same black haired girl at the register. the first time she was just unfriendly & unpleasant but the second time i had to return a shirt because the security tag was still on and there was a hole in the shirt as well. i had the receipt and everything and when i tried starting a conversation with her she insinuated i had put a hole through the t shirt & alluded to me “stealing” it. whoever she is she needs a few classes in customer service. maybe that should be a mandatory thing for people wanting to take up jobs working...

No problems with the store just one staff member has an attitude problem and was loudly cursing and complaining to other Staff about work hours and being rude to them as well. I get that it's crowded and busy but no need to act that way. She also screamed at a child that was playing with something that "shocks" you and he didn't even hear her due to it being loud and busy and threatened to throw him out the store. Always loved spencers. Go im here everytime hoping they carry 3x now and what do you know they don't. My 9 year old daughter is a large. My God sell 3x in store. It sucks being told to go online.
