I don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, I know how hard it is to run a small business. But this guy doesn’t deserve a good review. I needed a new screen for my phone and Jorge said he would have it Tuesday, Tuesday came and went. Ok, so sometimes the delivery is late. I emailed him Thursday, as I promised I wouldn’t go anyplace else. Friday I got a reply, and my wife called and confirmed that the screen was delivered. I emailed him and said I would be there Saturday as he opens at 11:00am. Also confirmed via phone call by my wife. Saturday @ 11:10am. Not open! Doors locked! I called, no answer? I texted…No answer. No way to treat...

This place is fantastic. Jorge is incredibly knowledgable about phone repairs.

The Apple Store told me phone could not be fixed and that I could upgrade to the newest Iphone for $500. I took the phone to Jorge and explained my problem. He immediately diagnosed the issue and said he would test it for free to be 100% sure. $65 dollars and 1 business day later, my Iphone was back in working order.

I have been here twice, both during posted working hours, the the building has been locked. I have banged on the door; no answer. I have called the listed number and no one answers and I have been unable to leave a voicemail. Is this business still open??? If you look at the front of the building it SAYS it is open and lists it’s hours of operation.
