Biscuitville — Restaurant in Clayton

Good food + One Rotten Apple = 0 Stars but 1 is the lowest it allows. If anyone knows me they know that I am poster child for every Biscuitville from Johnston to Guildford county. However, in 2022, when an employee uses unprofessional forms of communication, makes disparaging remarks about you that you can hear, when finally allowed to speak to the manager on duty, the same employee over talks the manager and states, "she doesn't want to come outside"...threatens a customer, one has to ask why are you allowing this person to still work here as she obviously doesn't value her job and is tarnishing your brand. I filed a complaint, spoke to the GM about how Yasmine, encouraging strong coaching and to replay the video if you have them (in case he didn't believe it happened or I was at fault). I even patronized the establishment again to have the very same employee go out of her way to bring me my food, laugh giggle and point to me to another employee. I called corporate this time. GUESS what she still works there. This location needs work. My fiance went one day and ordered the ultimate sausage biscuit and the turkey sausage english muffin. He gets home to discover they put both on english muffins, no biscuit. I went a few days later to give it another chance, ordered the same thing in the drive thru, checked his sandwich bc I wanted to make sure it was right (it was), but I should've checked both. I get home and see they literally just put the turkey sausage on a plain english muffin. No egg, no cheese. So I drive back, go inside to show the cashier and not only does she have an attitude, she offers no apology then tells me I ordered it wrong by asking for the Turkey sausage english muffin, but didn't say with egg and cheese. I pointed to the menu and said the sandwich is literally written as having all three. She says "well that's not how it was typed in" OKAY?! I've been to other locations that fully grasp the concept of a menu and the fact that that's how it comes unless you specify that you DON'T want something. I got the corrected sandwich and left. I usually go to the Clayton location but happen to need to stop by this one this morning. I have never experienced a problem adding to my order at the window..EVER! They have an extremely rude and unwelcoming “manager” (I’m guessing) who instead of coming directly to me to explain why I would need to go back around in line to add two PREMADE eggs to my order and had already waited 15 minutes to get to the window. She instead yells at her employees, clapping her hands “FROM NOW ON, IF THEY WANT TO ADD TO THEIR ORDER, THEY NEED TO GO BACK AROUND THE LINE” (while I am right there.) Super unprofessional! Do better, whoever you are. The short haired lady wearing glasses! Thank you to the gentleman AT the window who was kind and accommodating! Got my two eggs in all of a minute and the MANAGER thought I should go to the back of the line. You literally have extra OPEN parking spaces for PAYING CUSTOMERS to wait for any food that needs any extra time to be made. Great customer...
