first and foremost I’ll shall say the customer service is alright - but other than that I give it a 0 stars, I desperately needed my screen changed because the display stopped working, got it fixed with them and 1 week later the display stops to work for 12hrs - then worked . Then again few days pass then again it stopped working for 8hrs(came back to the location to let them know and see what they would do-NOTHING ) 2 weeks later- I stopped by again today because AGAIN the display stopped working and I was just done having to deal with this, came by the location to have them either refund me or change the screen (they offer 30 or 90 day warranty) so they took the phone , decided to change the screen and then say that they’re charging a $40 labor charge, which to me is ridiculous having to pay $260 for a defective screen and still pay $40 more for something they had to already do to honor their warranty? Crazy but alright whatever, just try to stay away from this place, its been a month since I’ve replace my phone screen with them and it’s been a nightmare - Also while I was there , she was also receiving phone calls that the display wasn’t working so she mention to the customer on the phone to bring it in to get it checked out so I’m not the only one dealing with this 🤷🏻♀️ - oh I forgot to mentioned if your phone didn’t get hot before than you’ll have the surprise that your phone for any reason will get hot ((: after getting it fix (they will always try to use the excuse that YOU dropped your phone , the update of the iphone messes it up, you using your phone while charging, any type of excuses than instead of owning up to their mistake that things happen and things come defective especially after market screens) & this is the reason why they don’t have any...
Read moreStay away!!!! I came in to get my screen replaced, and my phone was excellent before they changed my screen. Now the battery dies much quicker, and my screen rolls to the left! I didn’t have a problem paying for the fix, and now they won’t fix the problem even after I showed them the battery life plummeting after their fix. Then, they wanted me to pay for a battery replacement. They took way too long, and I believe they replaced mine with a bad one to get more money out of me. Please stay away from this place for someone who doesn’t have the money like that. I’ll buy another phone.

You did not use the correct OME parts, which caused my phone to start overheating and all the issues for which I tried explaining to you. You were so busy trying to be right vs. fixing the issue like any great customer service would do. They replaced “your” faulty screen and did nothing else, and my phone works perfectly. With Nile I received: A fair price. Quick and easy communication. Same day service. 30 minute repair. No payment until the repair was done. A lifetime warranty. It's also in Walmart so I could get some shopping done while he repaired my phone.
Between 7 other companies I received: A quote from $360-$410 We don't have an S22 Ultra screen. The screen is on backorder. We can get it in 3-7 days. Repair times estimated from 3 hours to "if you drop it off before 12, we can have it done by 5 the next day". Up front payment required, 70% down, ect. We only take Venmo or zelle.
