Really great people loved this place they were Soo nice and even helped me find other options to help me be able to get my stuff out of storage and even made sure that I was a really happy customer. A great attitude goes a long way everyone just doing their jobs and trying to do it with a smile š they always had a smile on their faces when I came in. They love it when you show up even though I owed some money, still showed my face and they told me thank you, for at least coming in person. I was kinda embarrassed but I said what if I was in their shoes and was doing their job I thought š¤ maybe it's stressful for them at times they are just trying to do their job just like everyone elsešš It's climate controlled so your stuff will never mildew and just gotta keep communication open and if you need help just talk and try to solve the problem together but just be honest with them about your situation and they do they best to help as much as they can. I brought my first boxes over today. The facility is easy to use while being secure at the same time. Carts are available to help with storing your items. They also have locks and moving boxes/supplies you can purchase. They make things very easy for the customer. They have a plastic shield by the check out which is great. Iām in the high risk group for COVID, so my only regret is that they are not wearing face masks. They did respectfully stay 6 ft. from me when possible. I wish this relatively new storage facility the best of luck...
