Everybody seems to be endorsing 🍎 Iphones! My brother-in-law, a computer genius said not to buy anything from Apple because he wouldn't fix it since he isn't a fan of Apple technology! I bought a Samsung Galaxy A16 Cellphone since I had a Samsung Galaxy A 53 before! I know the Amazing, Korean Technology at Samsung is Always Progressing! All of My friends 🧡 from Seoul, Korea are Brilliant 👏 and Impressive! They embrace their rich, cultural heritage while striving to be on the cutting edge of Robotic Technologies, Computer Technologies etc... on the world stage! 🌎 ✨️ I choose to purchase a Samsung Galaxy A16 because I don't have to be a trend setter since many people have Apple IPhones because it is the popular thing to do without understanding why! I didn't have an easy transition trying to be approved for a Spectrum Mobile Cellphone even though 😕 they accepted my Visa Debit Card 😑! I was confident that I got the newest Samsung Galaxy Cellphone with all the necessary accessories! I paid $20.00 extra dollars to have my Samsung Galaxy A16 and necessary accessories to reach me faster through FedEx Express and sign for it! That is another story of miscommunication with Spectrum! I have been a Loyal Spectrum Customer for many years! I needed my new Samsung Galaxy A16 Cellphone since that was my only way to Communicate with the outside 🌎! I divorced Straight Talk since someone entered my Email Address wrong losing all my account information 🙃! My sister and I tried to Communicate with them from the overseas Call Center using her working Google Phone and my Chrome Note book Computer! We kept getting booted out of many Communicating sessions! The last operator was trying to push and sell a "Refurbished" Samsung Galaxy Cellphone or a " Refurbished Motorola Cellphone! I said No because I didn't want to buy a second hand Cellphone since I 😒 don't trust them! When my sister and I got lost into Cyberspace without being to reconnected to an operator again that whole day! I was really upset 😡 since I was told the week before that I had enough rewards 🙃 and points toward a free new Samsung Galaxy Cellphone 📱! I mentioned the name of the overseas operator and my cell phone number and all the critical information to locate my personal account into to their Straight Talk System! I guess I was Somewhat Lucky to even renew my Straight Talk Phone Service all these many years each month! However, I unfortunately 😕 paid for what I was promised a new Samsung Galaxy A 53! I couldn't leave it off the charger since it would crash! The back completely fell off so I ordered a new case for it! The phone did weird stuff like not taking texts or calls 😐! It would get hot at times 😳 and print out elaborate data in the Korean Language only! The lower volume button eventually fell off and I tried 🙃 to still use this Cellphone 📱 by cramming the volume button into the phone and it worked until it completely died on a Sunday morning! Even though I was naive 🙃 trusting an agent, who I thought was honest 🤔 and I spent too much 💰 which I could have risked my cybersecurity of my financial 😳 profile! God's Grace and my Humble Prayers 🙏 Protected me! Getting back to navigating into new waters with Spectrum Mobile Cellphone Service, some woman in the United States was filling her sense of crazy power by rejecting my acceptance as a Spectrum Mobile Cellphone Customer even though they accepted my Visa Debit Card and promised that I had nothing to worry about! Ironically, I once applied to Spectrum Mobile phone Service years ago! I was told by the agent that I had to buy a new exact cell! The rest of my journey with Spectrum Mobile disappeared from Google Review! This frustrates me! Read moreI visited the Spectrum store today (02/13/2023) approximately 10:40 am, the store sign in tablet was randomly working. Unfortunately, it let the two gentlemen in front of us sign in and it would not let us move forward one screen then freeze, allow us to back out then freeze. So we stopped trying, we waited our turn patiently. There were three (3) employees, 2 men and 1 woman. We approached the lady and I guess she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and did not want to come to work. Her attitude and customer service was just terrible, no good morning, welcome to Spectrum. She was short with her responses and the look on her face, not wanted to be bothered before we could explain what was going on with our phone. We stated that the tablet was not working correctly and she stated that it was working with the two previous customers instead of going and looking at the tablet. I moved forward to explain and show her my phone and she asked did we have additional coverage on the phone, we stated yes. At this point she pulls out a brochure and circles a telephone number and tells us we need to file a claim. She provided no additional information. I asked is there any option that I can get a temporary phone, she just shook her head. I was very disappointed with the customer service. The phone was purchased from that store when we paid over $2,000 for our phones I just think how you got our business you should want to keep it and know that when we come in the store that we need assistance on repairs and we deserve the same quality services. Read moreUpdate 10/08/'24 8 people are already in line. Only 2 agents working and they are taking their sweet time. When I came here 40 minutes ago and while updating this review, I was 3rd in line. Now I'm 2nd in line and still waiting. Beyond my imagination how come customer service is so slow!
Original review: How do I even start? It's one person that I interacted with inside the store & that makes me not bother to go there anymore. I forgot her name but she's a petite white lady of around 30. She works there as a sales associate.
I was waiting for a SIM kit in the mail but when I called spectrum, they told me to get a SIM card from any spectrum store so I don't have to wait 3 days without service. They already sent the kit though. But when I went to the store, that lady, after listening to me simply said I'd have to wait for the kit to arrive. She could not do anything. She told me my line is tied to that SIM kit & she could not do anything about it. Finally, I just told her to give me a SIM card and came back home & successfully activated my service with the new sim card with spectrum's help on the phone.
She should look for other jobs if she can't help customers with simple needs. That was a pretty...
