I booked two weeks before the class as a Mother’s Day gift; the money was taken from my account but I never received a confirmation email. I attempted to email to confirm and received no response. After leaving a voicemail, I received a call back confirming my booking and correcting the class I wanted to be In. My mom flew in from out of state to join me. Unfortunately when we arrived for the class, the girl working very unprofessionally handed me her cell phone, stating “you talk to her (Brooke), I don’t want to get in the middle.” Brooke confirmed that my booking was successfully placed but she forgot to add us to the class, telling me that it was a hectic week.

Alternate event was offered to me this evening for which we did not stay as it was not what we’d signed up for.

Took a stianglass Harry Potter class, paid $100, the glass was cut way too small and didn't fit the bookends. They promised to fix it and call me, this was in September. Haven't heard from them at all. The first photo is what I made, the glass was precut before arrival. The 2nd photo is what was advertised and what I expected to make. When I asked if I could take what was advertised instead, they said no and would fix the mistakes. They kept my bookends, took my name and phone number. A group of us did a private event at wine and design on 70 in Clayton and I cannot say enough great things about our experience! The team worked with us on painting selections and were extremely helpful with every step of the process! Alexis was our artist and she was amazing!
