Adam & Eve Stores — Local services in Clayton

I recently (Nov.30) shopped at this location and never felt more uncomfortable ever! First, There were 2 women (one with short blonde hair and the other long brunette hair) at the counter and neither one of them welcomed customers. When i was looking around the brunette asked if i needed help and i replied i was just looking. She followed me around the store and kept taking thing out of my hands stating that she would hold them at the register for me. I felt like she thought i was stealing. She may be racist. Or I must have looked like a thug. I dont know...I was in a hurry to surprise my husband coming home from out of town so i didn't have much time to shop elsewhere so i just paid for what she had "taken to the register" and left. The other lady didn't make any contact so i don't really have anything to say about her. But I'm hoping their boss will see this and have them take classes on how to greet customers and make them...

I purchased a 80.00 toy and the toy will not charge or work I called the next day because I purchased at night and had to wait until.next day and was told that do not offer exchanges which sucks I have to go thru the actual company and they are asking me to send my toy in a envelope back and they will send a new one so I have to wait I will not purchase or reccomend anyone to this place anymore I have spent lots of money here and I feel it is not of good business also the works are very unprofessional never speak to people as come in the door only want to go behind as if I was a THIEF I hope the manager can fix the problems for other customers thanks in advance my money can be spent elsewhere I guess even though I love this store it's...

Came to look for something to wear to photo shoot and then a pair of shoe caught my eye but I was told they no longer allow you to try anything on shoes included and that they will not allow you to return anything as well. I think that ludacris that probably why items were mark down. Stupid because I would have purchased if it fit.
