VAPERS BEWARE!

If I could leave less than one star, I would. First off, the prices are outrageous. They sold me a Tobh 26650 atty clone for $55 plus tax. Same atty on Amazon cost anywhere from $11 to $24. (It was my first dripper, bought it out of excitement before doing any research or price comparisons.)

Got it home to build on it and realized the screw for the center post was not the correct size and just slipped in and out of the post with ease. I could not tighten down the screw on my coil leads. I brought it back the next day and asked the owner (who is quite rude) if he would replace it for another and he refused, he didn't even offer to try and fix it! (This is after spending nearly $800 dollars in his store in two weeks on various attys, tanks, mods, coils, juices, etc.) He accused me of stripping the threads inside the post and told me he could "not lose money on this sale" by replacing it for me. I told him he was going to lose me as a good paying customer, and he did not care at all.

I took it home and was able to go through some old computer hardware screws and actually found one slightly larger than the one that was sold with the atty and now the problem is solved. (the post was not stripped!) It's the fact of the matter that after spending so much money with them, in such a short amount of time, the owner could not do ANYTHING to help me, didn't want to "lose" money on the defective, overpriced clone he sold me and did not care if I ever entered his store again. They even knew me by name, I had come in so much!

This is not how you run a business of any kind. Beware fellow vapers, if you purchase anything from this shop and you have any sort of issue with it, you will blamed for it. No refunds, no guarantees, no warranties. Even if they sell you the thing messed up from the start. They do not care, at all.

I’d give them less if I could! I’m so angry with them! I went there per a friend reference and the Kid working there seemed more happy getting me out of the store than making a good sale, I haven’t vaped in a few years and starting over and he sold me a tank that isn’t right for my mod . I asked him and he was all like yeah it’ll work fine.. come to find out my mod is to small for it and NOW I’m stuck with a $50 tank that isn’t a match and will start causing leaks and battery life to die quicker cause he didn’t want to take the time and listen to my concerns or questions. He was more focused on getting me out with a huge sale and the person behind me waiting than actually hearing me or listening.. to say I won’t be going back! I’m now stuck with a $50 tank I can’t use. I’ve just bought the mod and don’t want anything bigger but I’m truly not happy with this store! My boyfriend and I went in to get 2 bottles of Krankberry juice. My boyfriend got a 60ml for $31 & I purchased a 30ml for $20. We looked online after purchasing it and I was livid after finding out you can get a 60ml for $16. We proceeded to look at different juices that our friends buy and they were SO much cheaper online. I understand making a profit and keeping the business going. But charging double or MORE for one bottle of juice is outrageous. I recommend everyone to take their business elsewhere.
