These five stars go to the employee Michael at the belcher rd location,who helped me with printing some documents the other night. He was kind and patient with me and I got the papers I needed. I didn't realize at first that the printers work only with cards but he showed me another way to check me out. I was very happy with the service i received from him and will only go there if he is working. Last week when I went in there were 2 employees one was karen who had a smug angry look on her face and she didn't even ask me if I needed help but continued to help people who came in after me. The other employee jonathan was just walking around doing nothing and also did not ask me how he could helpe. The employee Michael was very knowledgeable about everything and I want to give him a HUGE THANKS for doing his job when it came to helping me and others in the store. The other 2 that were not nice or friendly nor didtjey greet me need an attitude adjustment. They never made me feel welcome in the store nor did they seem to.caew about my issue.. So thank you again Michael for all your help, you are shining example of what customer service is! UPDATE 02/13/2025. I went into this office depot to send off the package and was guaranteed. Uh, to be delivered on the fifteenth and I paid almost forty five dollars extra to have this done only to find out that the person working behind the counter should've told me to go to the usps even though this particular office depot handles all kinds of uh, deliveries, including next day or guaranteed delivery of u. SPS parcels also FedEx overnight FedEx. Next day, FedEx home delivery, the dualz. But the girl working behind the counter, who had blonde hair and was kind of how he said. Obviously didn't know, Ah what she was doing. And when I talk to manager about it, they didn't seem to be to concerned. And honestly, when I called FedEx, they told me or I'm sorry when I called the United States Postal Service, they told me that they hadn't received a package yet. And this package is supposed to be guaranteed yesterday. To be delivered by the end of the day yesterday. That's what she told me. That's what she showed me on the computer. However, what she should've told me to do.We'll just go drop it off at the united states postal service instead in having to wait for they're people at office depot to come click the packages. It would have been just easier just to go through the United States Postal Service. These kinds of practices are. I'm a professional and they don't show a good quality character in management and or their employees. So basically, I just paid money that didn't give me where my package, what's supposed to be, and I'm going to get to the bottom bottom of this and make sure that this never happens again. So for all of you that are looking to ship with FedEx over at office depot, my advice, you it's to actually go to esthetic shipside or go to the United States Postal Service. Period because obviously, uh, they're not doing what they are supposed to be doing, because if they had been doing what they were supposed to be doing. My package would have arrived yesterday like it. Should I have so far? It's just now on transit, it's not even out for delivery....
Read moreI am so thrilled that I finally went here and got so many issues solved in just one short visit! Customer service is beyond excellent! I have been having one problem after another with my HP printer as I am not enrolled in the instant ink program. I have not been able to print anything from home and it has been one big headache. I went in and "Alec" was so kind and friendly and knew exactly what I was talking about. He was extremely patient and walked me through each step of what I needed to do. He also told me that I was able to print any document that I needed in my email from their store at just .17 cents a page! I would have gone here months ago for the ease of printing itself! Alec also explained the different types of printers available that were not expensive at all and would do the exact same thing as my current printer but no hassle. He was not pushy at all, answered all my questions and more. I am so blown away at the knowledge that Alec has, his patience and the time he spent with me. He found the correct ink (which did work by the way, for now.) he thought I needed to try and solve the problem and it did. Thank you Alec for your kindness and helping me out. I will definitely be back. Oh, they also have a rewards program that is very well worth it! They will give you money back with each ink cartridge you bring in to be recycled. After walking around and looking at things, I initially thought the prices were very high. But upon further inspection, it pays to be a member! (see photos). The prices are really not bad! They have a very wide variety of items, office furniture, chairs, packing supplies, paper supplies, tons of printers and ink, just about anything one might need. Read moreIf I could give a 0, that would be better fit for the kind of service I received from the Print Manager Savannah and the employee name Ryann. Such a poor service! I called the store previous to come in asking if they offer the service of printing pics from my phone. I was advise they do but I was never told it was a limited time for them to close the store. I got there before 7:25 just to print 5 pics and I was approach in a rude way by Ryann who advised they close in 5 minutes and set me up to use a printer and while trying to show me how to use it, keep talking on his head set with someone letting that person know the amount of people inside the store, he told me I was going to get a code and left for some reason and I didn’t know what to do but figure things out by myself and printed one of the pics but it was extremely small, I was trying to find someone to help me and I saw him again, ask for help and say he didn’t know what to do and just wait for another employee using the next printer doing the right thing and helping the client. Another rude employee them approached me and told me I need it to head out because they were closed, refused to help me and when I said I was going to call to provide the feedback with lots of pride and rudeness gave me number and said she was the one pulling the employee away from helping me and she said she is the printing manager. Unacceptable, not Mather how much I paid for having them to treat me like trash. As a customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, if they are unhappy about their job they should not being there because I’m sure the company is grateful about people like me coming back to do business with you.
