CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Clearwater

The customer service in this store is horrible and I will rate it a minus 5. Pharmacy is just as horrible as the store especially when you have the electric doors close in your face. The arrogant pharmacist needs a customer service refresher course but somehow it would be a complete waste of time. As a physician, I say avoid all CVS pharmacies. They are too busy giving vaccines and trying to push patients and doctors into giving 90 day prescriptions to do their jobs properly. They are the absolute worst pharmacy we physicians have to deal with. This one let my patient suffer in pain for over 3 days, told me they sent an electronic message (easily verified they did not), and told me they ordered the medication 3 days ago, only later in the conversation to deny it. ...

There's a big issue that I feel is not right about the Gulf to Bay Branch CVS pharmacy their speakers for the drive-thru you here everybody's information when they talk it goes on both speakers. And I think that is a HIPAA violation.
