Went in for breakfast on Sunday morning with my wife. Place was a little busy but we got seated in a couple minutes of arriving. No one came to table to acknowledge us for about 10 minutes, then the girl who seated us stopped and asked if anyone had been there and offered to get us drinks. After she brought drinks she said our waitress would be right there. Another 10 minutes go by and waitress stops and said she'd be right with us. She just kept walking by us serving her other tables and never came back. Another waitress came by about 10 minutes later and said she was going to take our order because our waitress was too busy. We only ordered sausage gravy and biscuits because at this point we have been sitting here for 30 minutes or so and the place has been getting packed since we sat down and we are now behind everyone elses order. Knowing that the waitress dishes out the sausage and gravy and doesn't have to wait for the cooks to do it we figured we get that quicker. WRONG, she totally ignores us until she hears us complaining then says she get our order right now. DIDN'T HAPPEN, she continues to wait on others until we are about to get up and leave. Its 50 minutes now and she finally realizes she forgot us and brought the food. I can't imagine treating regular customers like this and without a sincere apology from the manager to boot. The manager knew what was going on and did nothing about it. We'll never return to this location...
ย ย ย Read moreI can't not say how much I love Bob Evans as a whole. Been to them all over the country but now that I've settled roots it's like this one particular has an issue. They think it's OK to switch items on the receipt without notification to the customer and when confronted to do better I get hung up on by the manager. You could hear the "what do you want" like we're asking for more than bare courtesy to have the option to replace or take off our order. You do NOT switch things in a restaurant to your liking because you don't know who that order is for or restrictions they have. We ordered also over an hr in advance there was seriously no reason for the disrespect allowed by the evening manager and this was in no way reflected towards the kitchen and staff who put the meal together outside of who allowed it. Aside from the write ins on the receipt shown the soup is called cheddar, bacon, potato soup but had no bacon. It takes a lot for a person to write a negative review and because this wasn't the first time the order was intentionally substituted or cold when picked up from waiting in the waiting area that I said f it because my kid is hungry and it's already cooled I guess they'll be ok just tells me the management is allowing for this to continue to go south. It definitely won't be my last time ordering from bob Evans but I hop whatever they have going on they get...

Problem is, there are so many interruptions with waitresses coming by to ask if everything's okey that it's really uncomfortable having a relaxing, quiet, undisturbed meal. Last evening we ate there and 1 woman showed us to the table, another waitress took our order for drinks, and brought them, then took our orders......A 3rd young waitress brought our salads......a manager came to our table and asked how were the salads.......before we were half finished with our salads, the original waitress came and asked how were the salad......then the meals came out being delivered by a 5th young woman.!!! That young woman....NOT our waitress came to the table 4 times and kept asking if we needed anything......if it tasted good so far.......Then when we finished and went to check out at the register....our bill was $32 and ANOTHER waitress hounded us about buying some sweets and baked goods to take home....all this was happening while the cashier was ringing up our bill and it was hard to concentrate on getting our money together.....when we refused to buy baked goods to take home the older waiteress teased and tried to embarass us into buying baked good.
