I haven't left a review in quite a while but my latest visit to try a new restaurant compelled me to share my opinion of the place. My wife and I visited in the late afternoon on Mother's Day. The place was packed and being the reviews were very good, we were excited to try a new place. We liked the atmosphere, and the vibe was right up our ally. Unfortunately, the food didn't make the grade. I had a chicken marcella/mashed potatoes dish with a Stella and my wife had a pasta dish with an add on NY strip and an add on salad with a glass of house wine. I will say the service very impressive, but the experience was ruined within a few bites. There was literally nothing that we enjoyed with these meals. Maybe it was an off day or maybe too many people for the kitchen to keep up with... I'm not sure, but our meals were terribly bland. The chicken was pounded flat and way over cooked. The pasta dish reminded me of the canned stuff we used to eat as kids only the canned stuff was better. None of it was seasoned and I'm not sure any seasoning could have saved it. So, I don't mean to beat up on the food as others obviously really enjoy it. I would say come try it out yourself and hopefully you will have a favorable experience. For us, we won't be returning. It was a near $100 lesson learned and we'll head back to the places that are proven to be...

So, this was our first time here, my boyfriend and I are always looking for new places to try. We came in and was seated, but took a minute before we even were asked what we wanted to drink. Got that out of the way and about 10 mins later she's back to see if we're ready to order. We had no menus, so we told her we're new and we'd like a menu. She apologized and we looked it over and did the mushrooms for an appetizer, they were ok.... I've had better. Next onto ordering, we order chicken picatta and chicken marsala.... this is the ONLY negative part I have about this place... we were there a good hour before we got our food, BUT even though we juuuust about walked out due to that wait, we're sooooo glad we stayed. The food was PHENOMENAL. I really wanted to dislike this place, but I can't lol. The only other thing I could say was disappointing was the portion of the food. I've never had chicken marsala or chicken picatta served in 3 chicken strips instead of an actual chicken breast. Weird. The atmosphere is great and we plan to return to try their pizza. Apparently that was the biggest menu choice for several in there. Don't be afraid to try this spot... you won't be...

The food was fresh and awesome .., we came in one a night with a big table of 20 people sat almost at the same time and being a small place I was worried that the food and or quality would lack but .. it didn't..

We ordered the large 16 inch pizza two toppings...... great price !!!!!and the grilled meat platter for 2.. very flavorful but not great portion price ...

The food came out pizza first as was the request of our awesome server I don't know her name I will ask next time .., and then the meat tray portioned for 2 people ...

The portioned and variety seemed small for 42 dollars but the flavor and the qualywas awesome the sausages as described tasted different and gray the chickens little dry but not super.. was good.. the bread covering the whole platter seemed strange but that maybe a local European thing don't know...lolol everything else was great.. I add a note that our waitress was awesome and on point for being super busy She recommended that the pizza come out first.. which it did .... And she came all the time to at least check in and see if anything needed..... The food took some time but NBD was quality ingredients and fresh made HARD TO FIND...
