Easily the worst experience I’ve had with any shop or customer service. I purchased a ring and bracelet for my girlfriend, I didn’t know the ring size so the man assured me that they could adjust it for free, which they then tried to charge me $45 dollars after I made the purchase. After finally getting that resolved moved onto the bracelet, the bracelet was getting mailed to my girlfriend in March, after it getting sent without the clip to attach either side I had to send it back via mail costing 20$, 1 month later I called up and they then fixed it and sent it to the wrong address now it’s been 4 months and my girlfriend still hasn’t received the bracelet. We initially brought my engagement ring to Rose for resizing because we had used their services in the past and always enjoyed the pleasant conversations and customer service. Unfortunately, shortly after receiving my ring back from resizing, the band snapped.

The ring had been sent offsite for the resizing, and it appears that whoever performed the work did not ensure the integrity of the band. If the band was too thin or weakened in the process, it should have been reinforced or we should have been informed that it was no longer strong enough to withstand normal wear.

In my case, the break occurred while lifting a 5-gallon water jug—an activity my previous ring shank handled without issue. My ring is now with another jeweler undergoing a full re-shanking to restore its strength...

While on vacation in Clearwater, Florida I has a stone fall out of one of my rings. Rose replaced the missing Sapphire Stone and fixed the prongs. She also fixed worn prongs in my two diamond rings. Great place, reasonable prices, quick turn around, and Super nice employees.
