VS/Pink can be so hit or miss depending on who assists you. I've had such an extreme example of the wonderful help an employee at the (separate) VS & Pink in Tampa of moving from very far North & trying to figure out what to wear when I'm not at risk of freezing to death (Lisa). She was therapeutic. With this particular location, the quality of the employees is fine, but the stores being joined and yet separate on deals/rewards/offers, that generally we figure out what I want to get in store or see in person for color, actual look, fit, etc., and possibly go online. The quantity at this spot isn't bad, but they do run out of the smsll sizes very fast. Additionally, any special sizing is NOT carried even as a sample in-store. In this case, I'm actually not particularly tall, and I must order the 34" length online after trying on the "high waters" version at the store. VS has ALWAYS had that length available and given their branding you'd think there would be more in store. (They were additionally out of the 3.4 oz. "Very Sexy" perfume and it took the staff a bit long to figure out how to dp ...that and not waste Angel rewards. It's one store, so it's an odd combination, and the Pink area has the more fun/modern/heavily branded clothing. Get there early to avoid spending 2 hours to try on less than 10 things already listed fot the sales person to find or find close to. My other half does more VS/Pink sales work finding me the actually right sizes. I'm a female with very standard model measurements. A stranger could typically guess all of my sizes, so when employees are worse about that... it's an...
Read moreYesterday was the first time I ever bought Victoria's Secret bras. I had no idea but I've been wearing the wrong size all along. Nina was amazing with helping me pick out my correct size and style. She treated me like I was a shopping friend. She truly has amazing customer service skills. I was also helped by Corina who was very knowledgeable and very helpful just like Nina. Both of those ladies are absolutely wonderful! I had such a great experience that I didn't want to leave. I ended up buying 4 absolutely beautiful bras, 1 pair of underwear to match a very beautiful bra I bought (I didn't pick the bra myself... Nina found it and it is GORGEOUS), and some bombshell perfume. I was so pleased with their bras that I went home and ordered 2 more online. So with experiencing Victoria's Secret for the first time in my life, I will never buy bras from anywhere else ever again. I'm throwing all my old ones out. I never knew I could feel and look so sexy and comfortable at the same time. I'm in my thirties and it took me this long to realize what I've been missing. I feel like a new woman! The sales associates have excellent skills in making women feel important and confident! They truly treat you like you're a friend at the Countryside Mall location and I'm very grateful! I never knew bra shopping could be so satisfying... I think I found a new addiction! They will be getting a lot of my...
Read moreVictoria Secret can’t seem to get it right at any location nearby. I walked in with my daughter and not a word was said to us as I know they are trained to do. I observed them nearly tackle all of the other customers coming in. I checkout and proceed to speak the manager who I tell her about my terrible experience. Melinda the manager proceeds to tell me oh well that employee isn’t normally like that and continues to defend all of their actions. She told me only one employee was to be up front to greet me meanwhile there was a swarm of them around me not saying a word just watching. I’ll let everyone use their imagination why. One employee finally sees my daughter and I with full hands and proceeds to ask if we need a bag. Beyond disgusted with this place. I will be closing my card with them and shopping elsewhere. This is the second chance I gave them and they failed miserably. Seeing as though the manager could not take responsibility I understand why the employees acted in the manner they did. If she felt they were right being a manager you empathize first. I was talking to her in a calm manner which would warrant a good manager...
