So I walked into the store, and I asked the young man working alone at the time at 715p for the tuna sub special meal. I noticed there was hardly any tuna left in the tub to make the sub, and wanted extra scoops (so 4 scoops). He aid there would be enough no problem. He then proceeded to put three scoops of tuna on the 6 inch sub. I noticed there was a tiny bit of tuna left on the bottom, yet enough for my “4th” scoop I originally asked for, then asked if he could put the rest of the tuna left on the sub. He then proceeded to tell me that “I only Put 2 scoops on a sub normally and you asked for for extra meat so I put 2 more scoops on already”-WHICH WAS NOT THE CASE. Why he wanted to go back and forth with me after I paid very close attention to detail I have no idea 🤷🏻♀️. I just looked at him and asked him to put the remaining tuna on the sub please. Then he didn’t even ask me if I wanted it warmed up, just proceeded to ask me what topics I want on it. I had to remind him to warm it up please, and then, when he put the toppings on it was a whole big mess. he also looked high as you know what. I never will be going back there again. As I went to check out, he started arguing with a worker that showed up for his shift and they went back-and-forth while I was trying to close up my order and get the heck out of...
Read moreI have been to a lot of subways. I have never left a review, but I would be doing it an injustice not to! This was the nicest Subway I have ever been to. Yes, the building is amazing, but what are you going to find when you go in? Well, let me tell you, if you have Patrick- and maybe other employees, I can't speak to that, but Patrick was AMAZING! We got there about 45 min before closing, store was spotless, and then we ordered 3 sandwiches. A lot of times we get a sigh or something, not Patrick. He jumped on it anf had us out as quick as we ordered. All the sandwiches were perfect, it was just a great experience. Yes, that sounds odd about a Subway, but he really made it so our day ended on a high note. We really appreciate it. You never know what someone is going through. We, well, had a long day....
Read moreI just stopped by with my mother to purchase two foot long subs and I was helped by team member #6962. Rude and bad customer service, I asked for my subs with nothing on it and put vinegar and mayo when I asked him not to on both tuna subs. He did it while I got distracted with my toddler and by the time I noticed it was too late to go back as I was headed to the beach. I tried calling the number on the receipt but says that the call cannot completed as dial and disconnects the call. I am beyond upset, I need a refund for this, poor service, no wonder the store is empty the majority of the time. I need someone to fix this and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to never stop by at this location. I love the audacity to ask for a tip and I am more to blame for leaving one as well....
