Let me tell you first, I do not write reviews for any place. I am not on social media and have not found any place that is worth it. But, yes i said "but", when i saw this establishment only had 4.1stars i am memorized. I had to say something. Never had NY pizza before. I am Florida born and raised. I am in the Fire Alarm, Security/Access, Camera industry. So I travel around for work. This is the best pizza I have ever tasted. Any time I am in this area, this is the place. Food is excellent, seems family operated, always friendly and courteous and the lunch special prices can't be beat. I found this place by recommendation in 2009. Been hooked since. They deliver too. But unfortunately I live in Wesley Chapel, FL so I do not get to in joy this often. Never asked if they would deliver that far though. I just assumed. I recently went to NYC with my wife to visit her family and they were to take me to the best pizza spot. It was called Rubiosa Pizza. It was phenomenal. But I was expecting more. Bro ' s pizza set the mark for me. The pizza in NYC tasted a little bit fresher (as in made to order) but the same. I only have the lunch special which is pizza 3/4 done and heated when ordered. I know whole pizza's are freshly made, I watch them make it when I eat mine. I can only say if you haven't tried this place then you are missing out! I know they are not a chain, but WISH you would consider opening in Wesley Chapel. Tried Alot here. Not close and disappointed! Peewee ease Consider! Read moreWorst experience ever with this place. I’ve never been treated so poorly by a company. We placed an order that took just under 2 hours to get to us. When we placed the order it said it would take 45 minutes. We called twice to check on the order and they continued to say it was on the way when we were only 7 minutes from the business. It finally came and everything was cold. We called and asked if we just could have new food. Someone hopped on the phone and interrupted saying we don’t give credits. I said we didn’t want a credit we just wanted new food. I said can you guys bring new food and the female said yes I said ok it won’t take 2 hours again will it and she just blatantly said ya and I said seriously? Why would it take another 2 hours she said we are short on drivers that’s why. So I asked for the manager he was also extremely argumentative said I don’t have a right to call to complain just because they were short on drivers I said I’m complaining about my food being cold and just want new food. He continued to argue saying there is no way it’s cold he just pulled it from the oven. I told him this is very unprofessional I just want new food I said my boyfriend will come pick it up. He said if you want to yell you will get nothing and continued to talk over me and than hung up. He was doing more yelling and arguing than I was. Extremely unprofessional. Read moreI have gotten Pizza from Bros, but not from this location. The Largo location has been pretty good with my order being hot and friendly customer service. I recently visited the Clearwater location, I cannot rate the food because the kitchen had closed. The cashier was apparently unaware and charged my card for a Philly Cheesesteak 15.25. I must say it was my son that went in to order himself a sandwich, if I had known the cost it would have never happened. Well as it turns out the food was not received, kitchen closed. Card had been charged, but cashier said card had been credited. Long story, let's keep it short. Three in person attempts were made to credit my account. The remainder encounters were with Manager Fred. He said he had credited my account. Well it has been 3 weeks and still nothing. Fred said the only way he would return my $$ is to see my bank statement. I did offer him to view transaction on my mobile app. He was adamant of wanting a paper statement. Needless to say I was not happy and he could care less. He indicated if I wanted my money back...he needed my bank statement. I guess he needed my 15.25 worst than I did. I hope its worth what it will cost him in future revenue. The management at Bros is not about increasing his customer base or satisfaction. Stay away from Bros. Shout out to Rizzoto's Pizzeria.
