I seem to feel like an outsider and judged here by the old timers and AA elitists. They will JUDGE YOU. but in the Bible it says you shouldn't judge others. I am a kid to these old timers and when I was homeless I was giving to other homeless because I'm a child of God. I give I don't take. I do the right thing. I started coming here since 2022 was absent for all of 2023 and most of 2024. I see a lot of "Dry Drunks" here at this meeting. They seem miserable. Maybe sober but I can see there not happy. I know quite a few people here but it seems everyone has there own little clique which is sad because this isn't supposed to be high-school. I come here to fellowship and socialize and get my mind off of picking up a drink. During my 3 or 4 years of being in AA I've had a total of 5 or 6 sponsors. I've had 1 good sponsor that was will patient with me. I have sum sorta knowledge about this program. My homegroup is St.Pete Group. I feel welcomed there. This meeting is good but the anti social behavior and being Defellowshiped is what has made it hard for me to maintain attendance and the judging of other fellow alcoholics has made this program a hit or miss. I've been in and out of these rooms for years. It helps but it can also make you want to drink more with the drama and judgemental attitude. Understand I and many others didn't just walk into these rooms for no reason. I am not new too AA but have always felt like and outsider or not apart of. Same thing at 2250. Stpete Group I felt welcomed and apart of. Everyone knows me there. Here at the serenity club I'm not new. I'm a returning member but it's hard for me to deal with negativity. I hope to come here and improve but God has a plan so...

Fantastic place to get help and help others. Environment is very relaxed and friendly. Meetings all day everyday with a coffee bar, pool table and tv. Private room is nice for step work.
