Gretchen's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Clemmons

I grew up with the Hallmark greeting card generation. I have always loved Hallmark. I needed a quick birthday card a couple of weeks ago, I was greeted at the door and even led to where the birthday cards are, even looking for ones in spanish. They had a bunch of languages, but not spanish today. Super nice people working there. I even picked up a gift too. I returned again this weekend, different employees, but same, greeted as soon as I came in the door, what I was looking for and brought me right over to where they were. I really love this store, everyone is so nice, and the store has everything, especially for gifts. I will definitely continue shopping here for the future. For the person who left the 1 star review, it could have been a safety issue. We sadly live in a crazy world today. I give this store a 5 star...

Rude worker. Was excited to visit and drove to get some birthday cards on a Sunday. My fault for not looking up their hours prior to going, but we got there at 11:30 (they open at noon) and the worker was entering as we walked up. We didn’t know they worked there at first. She looked at us straight in the eye, unlocked and opened the door and quickly shut it without saying anything or acknowledging us. We weren’t close enough to her or the door for her to think we were going to just try and go in anyway. It was very clear we were there to go inside and all she had to do was let us know they are not yet open. It was rude and unnecessary. This is enough...

Brought my Mama to this location for the first time because she loves Hallmark. The location in another state she used to go to for over 30 plus years closed a few years ago. She just recently moved to NC and we finally was able to check out this location today. Almost immediately we were greeted with Ms. Heather. Throughout our entire visit, Heather went above and beyond to help us and answer questions we had. This location is very nice, clean and organized. My Mama was like a kid in a candy store!
