Bojangles — Restaurant in Cleveland

This location is under very poor management they kicked me out of there parking lot because I was there before they opened ,she assumed I was there all night, I was there a half hour to forty five minutes in there parking lot before they got there. they accused me of over night parking and threatened me several times that they were gonna call the police if I did not leave, I was very cooperative to them and polite. But they kept escalating the situation. They would not believe me that I was there waiting for them to open. I was told to go to Cracker Barrel, They would not even let me talk to explain this. Anyone who knows these individuals would know I am not lying as they are very comfortable in their aggressive nature. When I tried to call them on the phone my first sentence was this is the man in your parking lot this morning I want to talk to you about this morning in a calm understanding nature her response was that she would not discuss this with me I asked for her name she would not give it to me. She told me to call or email a number and rang it off so fast I could not understand her. I asked her to look at her cameras to see I was not lying to her she would not even consider listening to me. These are the type of people that are so negative they can not consider someone is not lying to them. They only believe there first judgment based on nothing. Very very sad to see this. This type of negativity is only holding them back in life. I am writing this so maybe they will read it and realize there wrong doing and maybe even corporate will look into there behavior as a whole. I know I am not the only one who had to experience this type...

this place has messed up my order several times, but i always decide to give it another chance because they used to be my #1 favorite place. i have worked in multiple restaurants and i understand mistakes happen, but they can only be excused with honesty and kindness and that is what the employees there lack, severely. yesterday my grandmother and i were going to Chattanooga had a busy day ahead of us so we decided to stop and get one cajun filet biscuit and a small sweet tea. two items. two! and they still messed that up. i received a water instead of sweet tea. because my grandmother was getting a surgery and i had to take care of her afterwards, of course i did not make a phone call to tell them their mistake. so, i stopped this morning and ordered the same exact thing and we made them aware of what happened. the guy at the window (i wasn’t able to see a name tag if there was one) caught an attitude with us and was saying that without a phone call to a manager there was nothing he could do. if you have a specific policy, just say that. don’t be rude. he then said “go to the one on apd 40 maybe they will satisfy your needs.” maybe learn how to do your job correctly and stop being a complete menace to the service industry. your pettiness was not impressive nor warranted. if you hate your job so...

This was the first time we've ever been to Bojangles and will be the last. The food wasn't that great. Mashed potatoes tasted like watered down instant potatoes and the chicken tenders were so crispy you couldn't take the chicken. The worst part was the atmosphere. When we pulled in there was an old beat up car sitting in the very front parking spot with about 3 people just hovering around it. During our time there, not only did those people continue to come in, get free water, go outside and give the cup to another, who would then come in and get water, but about 4 other people showed up and started hanging around in the parking lot with them. We couldn't even begin to enjoy our meal for watching our vehicle out the window because we're just not used to establishments allowing loitering! Finally, when the cashier mentioned to the manger that they were"still out there" he came into the lobby and started watching them. He was "nice enough" and spoke with us but when asked what he was going to do about them loitering, he said, "I'll give them a few more minutes". We had been inside for almost an hour with these people hanging around in the parking lot. Finally they left, as they could tell they had now gotten the attention of everyone inside. Worst first time...
