Beings that I work in the same shopping complex as Kohl's, my daughter asked me to drop her payment off. As I entered, I saw the sign that said payments in the back at customer service, so I went back there only to find a sign that said it was closed and to pay up front at the cashier. Mind you, this was about 1:30 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. I walked back up to the front, got in line, and once up to the cashier, I told her I needed to pay the bill, handed her the cash and the bill, which she took and, honestly, she wasn't all that friendly about it. She poked in some information and then ask for the Kohl's card, to which I told her I did not have it. Mind you, I don't even carry specific store cards around if I'm not planning to shop. She then told me I needed to give her my driver's license, and I explained to her that that was my daughter's bill I had come to pay. She said without any of that it couldn't be paid. I told her I thought it was a little ridiculous/ it wasn't her fault, and I left.Tell me, is there a problem paying a bill, with cash, because I'm not asking to make a purchase on someone else's account, and this was a huge inconvenience and...
Read moreThis is a great store if youâre shopping for your kids or if you are a woman. The menâs section is loaded with small, medium and large tshirts and plenty of other clothing options.
However, if you wear anything larger than a Large/XL, you wonât want to waste your time here. The âBig & Tallâ section should be renamed âThin & Smallâ because itâs literally 4 tshirt options and a couple of racks with gym wear. If youâre looking for this part of the store, donât blink or youâll miss it.
Comparatively, the plus size ladies department has a plethora of fashionable items available, nearly 10x larger than the Menâs Big & Tall.
I had a coupon for 50% off but I didnât realize that actually meant 50% of my body would be showing if I purchased garments from this location.
Most shoe options cap at 10 or 11, also great if your teen needs a pair of sneakers.
Thankfully, the Chattanooga and Hixson locations actually value the business of Man-Sized men. I just wouldnât recommend this store if...
