Starbucks — Restaurant in Cleveland

What kind of world do we live in? The reviews for this store are extremely depressing. These baristas are very underpaid and understaffed. However, I had an excellent experience a couple of months ago. The blonde barista (she looked emotionally disturbed) and the redhead barista with the long braid made the best TikTok dairy free, sugar free, and gluten free white mocha. I did want it extra hot as well, and they delivered an incredible product. In fact, I came back and had them make a 2nd drink so I could take back to my great-grandmother. They were very patient. I tried to tip them, but they are not allowed to take tips. Again, what kind of world do we live in where underpaid people can't take tips? If a manager would like to reach out to me, I would be happy to share more...

I was going to give this one here a 5 star because their so much better then the other one, but however I did give them a 1 because the guy that works there in the evening is rly rude and hateful. I want be back there. I'm not going to be yelled at because their cleaning and breaking the machine down. I just walked in there and was standing there didnt have time to speak and he yelled at me WE CANT DO FRAPPUCCINOS. I look at the lady and asked if they was out and thats when i found out they was breaking down the machine. They close at 8 it was like 7:20ish. I rarely leave bad reviews. This one is well deserved. Worst service ever at a starbucks. Barista refused to make drink as ordered. Wound up having to get a manager involved to simply make the drink as ordered and the barista was very rude about it. I ordered a strawberry acai, light water, i was told that extra base wasn't an option. I said that it was an option because it is at any other Starbucks. Instead she made the drink with light base. When my wife's drink tasted like water she took it back in for a refund or remake. It took us 45 minutes but it was worth the wait when the manager finally made her make the drink correctly. We have never been treated disrespectfully until today at a Starbucks. Needless to say, we won't ever be back...
