This place used to be a great store, once the owner and the tattooed Caucasian young man left it is become a complete disaster. They have new employees every other month. They can't use the lottery machines, even if you hand them your old tickets and ask them to replay them. They are completely incompetent. They are always out of stock in the cigarettes as well. I started to call ahead to make sure my brand in stock, they tell me yes come over, so this is the third time I was told yes and when I get there they don't have the brand I was told they had. Than they lie and tell you they didn't understand what you were asking for. Complete waste of time and multiple inconveniences, get some workers who know what they are doing. Worst customer service ever !!!! I give you guys business every day and I never get my change back when I pay cash, I started counting bc I was continually told I will receive my quarters or dimes next time. So far this week that has not even ended I am owed $3.00. Okay do the math, your worker is shorting say 100 customers a day .25 cents. Your drawer is now over $25.00 every day...Does he take this into his pocket ???? His name is Mickey, please provide your staff with change daily, this is illegal what he is doing. I am a business manager I have offered to bring change to him personally. I am disgusted with his response that I am pinching pennies. I used to come here for my lottery tickets. But in the past 2 years, they fired completely incompetent. People who can't even work the lottery machines. I go there with my old tickets. And simply ask them to replay the same Numbers at 1 point I waited almost 20 minutes for them to try to figure out how to do that. The lottery machine should be 123 if the employees are trained correctly. How can you own a liquor store with people who cannot even use the machines that are available there I will never use this store again. I left severely unhappy and my last 3 encounters.
