Joes Smoke Shop — Local services in Cliffside Park

I’ve been a loyal customer at this shop for over 2 years, consistently buying vapes without any issues until recently. I purchased a Muha cart for the first time which turned out to be defective. I noticed it was leaking oil from both the bottom and mouthpiece. 4 days after I purchased it, I brought it back (literally leaking in my hand as I’m showing them) expecting at least some form of compensation.

To my surprise, they refused to do anything about it. So I disputed the $50 charge, as anyone would for a defective product they barely got to use. Now, I’m apparently banned from the store for doing so.

I understand if businesses are wary due to past experiences with other customers, but this is not how you treat someone who’s been supporting your shop for years with no prior issues. If a loyal customer brings in clear evidence of a faulty product, the right move is to help them—not...
