We were recommended by a family member who had a positive experience here.

From the first call, to this point, we have been treated with extreme courtesy, and the communication at all times has been crystal clear. We knew over a month ago what insurance would cover and what was our responsibility and that number has not wavered. We were advised that there might be unexpected charges - all of the which were reasonable (repetitive damage to equipment that was of our doing etc...) and also assured that they would be in communication with insurance along the way.

Now to the staff, all the office staff know what they are doing - super professional and friendly. The office runs smoothly from what I can see.

Dr. Hennick himself is a gem. He shared his thoughts at every point of the process and was extremely receptive to our concerns. Moreover, as I sit here watching him put on the braces, he seems more like an artist that deliberating his next move. The thought process with each bracket placement was downright interesting to observe. This wasn't a routine application of brackets. It was clear that each patient is treated as an individual case and given special consideration. Dr. Hennick, thank you for taking my concerns seriously and being willing to exhaust other alternatives before going through with more permanent options.

Lastly, it bears mentioning the office is clean, welcoming.

If I could give them negative stars, I would! Came in for a FREE consultation. Gave them my information, proof of insurance ortho benefits, X-rays, even logged into the account. We only wanted a price for braces. We already knew that insurance would pay max $2k. I advised Henick and office, they assured me they would NOT charge me NOR insurance anything. Afterwards they never gave a price or explanation. We called them numerous times. Now we come to find that, surprise, they had billed insurance for ortho procedure that was NOT done!!! This office is a SCAM that LIES! We were warned by many not to trust the office or doctor to avoid and go elsewhere. When we tried to question the charge, they never returned calls or hung up on us. Beyond rude, unethical, ignored calls/questions, and even leaving the room while we were trying to get an explanation! Avoid at all costs! They appear to be desperate for money. $180 ripoff! I got my braces here and it was a great experience. They always tried to do everything within their power to make sure that the process of wearing braces, which is naturally always quite bothersome and painful, way smoother and I felt like I could always count on my orthodontist to help me in case I was having any issues. I feel so great about how my teeth look now and I am finally able to smile fully showcasing my teeth, when before I would always want to cover my teeth at all costs.
