The View at Edgewater Harbor Apartments — Local services in Edgewater

I was interested in a Studio apartment and did all the paperwork. I was advised by Rudy Lustica that I should put a $500 deposit( which would be refunded immediately incase you don't go ahead with the apartment) to hold the apartment since they go really fast. I was approved for the apartment the same day, however I decided not to go ahead with it since it would've been a long commute for me. I called in the next day and spoke to Betsy who told me that she will call me in a few minutes. She never called. Anyways I call her after a few hours and asked her to refund my $500 since I also paid $100 for application fee. She told me that it would take between 30 -45 days to refund you since the accounts department sends you a cheque through snail mail. I expressed my disapproval since I was told otherwise. She told me that there is no way I can refund you the money since we don't have access to the funds. I would suggest to stay from this establishment. They are dishonest and misleading. Now I have to wait 45 days to get my hard earned money...

Loved living here. The management is super nice and we really enjoyed our time here. The location is super convenient and I felt like a part of the community. Noora and Tony were amazing, the folks at the reception, Dennis, Hugh and his team were so sweet and friendly. The driver Gonzalo was so friendly and nice. My cousin lives here. Very nice apartments, stores are extremely nearby, can walk anywhere around there to the store, and by the water. Has a beautiful view of NYC. On the roof it's even more beautiful to view. Only problem I have with this place is limited parking, limited free parking, and the cost of the apartment is high. I once saw a cone in the parking lot because someone tried to save their parking spot. I assume this is due to limited free parking...
