This salon was absolutely incredible. The ambiance was soothing and calm, the cleanliness was superb, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment i set foot into the salon, and the services were the best ive experienced since being in NYC.

I had a biosculpture gel mani done by Roxana , the owner, and she was truly one of the sweetest, most professional, and helpful people I've met. She answered all of my questions and walked me through every step of the service as it was my first time getting a manicure using biosculpture. She took her time to make sure everything was done to my liking and checked in with me frequently to make sure i was satisfied . Another, thing I really liked was their online booking site. It was very convenient and gave a nice description of the service i was trying to book. The owner was very responsive and even answered my question later that day that i had sent over via google before they were open. You can tell this is being run by someone who genuinely and sincerely cares for her business and customers. A bonus is that the staff and owner are Bilingual & even Trilingual - thus, they can communicate with clients in multiple languages (english, spanish, and even romanian!) So, dont hesitate to book because no matter what, they will truly try to make it work and guarantee you're happy! Needless to say, this was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning and trying out more of their services! 5/5...

If it was possible to rate this place a zero, I would. Let’s start with the fact I had an appointment, got there on time, and ended it up taking 3 HOURS TO GET MY NAILS DONE. I had an appointment. I should’ve been prioritized over customers who came in later, or did not have an appointment, that alone was a disappointment. While doing my finger nails, the nail tech was EXTREMELY rough and it was not relaxing or enjoyable, like getting your nails done should be. I got gel x extensions and there is a hair in the gel, and the overall shape is lumpy. My pedicure was even more torturous. The lady doing my toes was very nice and detail oriented but the color they recommended match’s don’t skin tone and did not look clean. She dug so far under my nail it’s now difficult for me to walk without pain. She found and ingrown nail, and attempted to take it out. That is NOT her job, that is a medical professionals job. Keep in mind both of my feet are in pain, not just the one with an ingrown nail. The price wasn’t too bad, but overall my experience stepped beyond terrible and passed a line of impropriety.

Update: I now have gotten an infection on the same toe that the woman doing my pedicure continuously dug at. I am still unable to walk without pain and am immensely irritated with this unhygienic...

Recently had a pedicure and manicure. I was very happy with my pedicure but my manicure was awful. She didn’t soak my nails and my cuticles were literally hurting when she was cleaning them. Needless to say my cuticles were chopped and dried 2 days after getting my nails done. It also felt like she nail technician was rushing me out, because while I was getting my pedi she had 2 more customers walk in, she was rushing me out to get to the new customers. Would never go back . Don’t know her name but the lady who did my nails was an oriental lady, I assume she’s the owners...
