Sad to have to admit that Christopher Torres is right. Even though questionable reviews have been around for a few years - due in part to some of the staff that have worked there the longest amount of time [not all ] in the role of intake specialist, intake manager, care coordinators, site director , finance/billing and RBTs you will be pressured to believe you contributed to the problem after supporting their needs for a few weeks, when you have actually been the best support for the company per reviews and feedback from parents themself. Also Christopher, if anyone feels put off/not included in your vision for change, and feels that you do not follow their exact requests, even when it is for the better of the company, they will not want to have you stay.
Leadership is Amazing though!!!!They care and desire to make the best changes for the company. The founder, CEO, CFO, head of therapy services etc are all great leaders!!!!!!!!! I wish them the best and hope the company continues to change and grow for the better, so that Proud Moments will forever be an amazing bright light of hope for families.

Read moreTerrible experience. We had our BCBA evaluation done in early October. The BCBA was great but the coordinator was entirely uncommunicative. Then the coordinator changed with no warning and we were told by the new coordinator that they had found a technician to match our schedule, FINALLY, after almost two months. We were told she would be starting on Monday. I reached out again to confirm and the coordinator said that technician no longer had availability and asked if I would be ok with a “temporary technician” who could come for just one week starting at 5 or 6pm at night. Our son is 3 years old!! Then all of a sudden that technician no longer had availability. Long story short, we paid $250 for a BCBA evaluation that led to NO SERVICES. This company is understaffed, does not communicate and scams you to get their money upfront...
