If Google allowed me to give a negative number of stars, that is what this establishment would be worthy of. negative stars. As someone who has history working in the medical field as well as someone who is going through medical necessities to see a provider, these people have turned me away. Yesterday they called me, one day before my appointment, to tell me that I would not be able to be seen because I did not have a physical form of my insurance card. I stated to the person who gave me the call that I had all my insurance information ready and available through my insurance portal due to the fact that I am a new insurance holder on my own now that I am 27, I have to wait an additional five days to get the physical copy. She then states to me that after asking the office manager, who from what I understand office managers and medical offices, should be medical assistance or nurse practitioners with enough experience and empathy to patience and their situations, said I can ONLY COME WITH A PHYSICAL COPY. Out of desperation, because my hands are quite literally bleeding every single day, I can barely hold my phone, I can barely shower without assistance, I can’t even wash the dishes in my own home; I began to cry and say how dare you guys turn someone away for a medical necessity for not having a physical form of everything they have in digital copy. She puts me on hold and then come to the phone stating I can come in for my appointment today. I come today with high hopes and positivity that they would actually care about what is going on to their patients. No surprise they don’t give a damn. I get here at 2:58PM for my appointment just for them to tell me that they forgot to mention that I owe X amount of money for the deductible higher than usual. Due to the fact that I am not currently employed I just state that I will be giving the remainder or whatever amount it is on monday. Today is Thursday!! The receptionist continues to tell me that their policy is they only accept me if they have payment right then in there. So clearly you can walk in there with your skin scaling off the bones, you can walk in there hyper ventilating, and crying for help, shoot, you could even walk in with anaphylactic shock Just know these people will turn you away because they don’t care. They’re about their money FIRST and who knows what lost patients go on their list of Importance. Must be the exact reason they have less than even three stars. Should’ve taken a look at their Google reviews and found out firsthand before even having to deal with them personally, how Disgustingly unprofessional these people are....

So, let me just begin by saying that before I called to schedule an appt with Dr. Ros I did make sure that she participates with my insurance plan, otherwise obviously I would be looking for a different provider. When I called the office to schedule appointment I did give all my insurance information over the phone. I had to wait two months for my appointment (which is fine and understandable). Judy called me the day before my appointment letting me know that they have to cancel my appointment because Dr. Ros does not take my insurance (while all my coworkers see her with the same insurance). Of course I asked them to double check because I can see on insurance website that she is a participating provider and that my coworkers just saw her. Upon verifying with office manager l was again informed that they do not take my insurance and my appointment needs to be cancelled. The fact that I waited for my appointment 2 months for them to cancel the day before was very upsetting especially that I was going there with a problem I've had for few months. Dr Ros is a good dermatologist, but she needs to hire people that actually have some kind of knowledge of what they are doing because the people working there now are absolutely clueless. Let me just add that I used to be a patient there but stopped going few years ago because I always had problems with office staff. Recently wanted to give the office another chance but that was a huge mistake. With that being said i will not recommend this office to anyone or ever go there myself again and it's not because of Dr Ros, but the office staff. Horrible experience and a...
Read moreI purchased a medical procedure at their open house and was told by the office manager ( big heavy blond woman), that I will not get billed until the day of the service, when I asked for billing confirmation . But that was a lie. I was charged anyway, with no service received, and no appointment scheduled. I called many times to find out when I can have an appointment for the procedure I purchase, and was always told, the office will call you back within a half hour, or the doctor will call. I'm still waiting days after. I have not received a call. I don't blame Dr. Ros, she is very busy, I blame the office manager, and the staff for not returning my calls, and lying. That is not the way to run a good Dr's office. Dr. Ros is a very good Dr., I have been her patient for several years, and I do recommend her, but the office manager has to go, and a better, more professional staff would be appreciated. If her staff was better, I would give Dr....
