I visited this establishment to have my cartilage piercing redone, as my previous piercing had closed up. The outcome was disappointing. The piercer, Von, initially took care in assessing the correct placement, which I appreciated. However, upon completing the piercings, it became evident that there was a significant disparity in the angles of the earrings. When I brought this to Von's attention, she dismissed it, attributing it to my ears being âunevenâ. Further inspection confirmed a clear misalignment, with one earring facing inward rather than outward.
Upon returning to address the issue, Von displayed a lack of professionalism and refused to acknowledge the error, insisting that the piercings were satisfactory. I explained to her again the issue and she tried fixing it by taking the earring out and putting it back in. This of course did not fix the issue because the actual piecing is the problem not the placement of the earring. I asked her if she could re-pierce the ear to get it to go the correct way and she refused. She said that it would be an additional cost for her to do that since she would have to use a second pair of earrings. I reiterated that this was her mistake and that I am not asking for anything in addition to what I had already paid for. She still refused to take accountability for her actions stating that to her the piercing looks fine. This is when I turned to a random customer in the store to get an unbiased opinion and the customer said that the earring was in fact on a weird angle. Even after seeking an impartial opinion from another customer, Von remained obstinate, failing to provide adequate customer service.
I was frankly appalled at the disregard of customer service at this place. I am not one to write bad reviews or think that the customer is always right because frankly their not. However, this situation was simply unacceptable. I am definitely upset that she messed up my piercings but what I am more upset about was that she did not care at all about the situation or trying to find a resolution. She had a chip on her shoulder and refused to help in any way. She kept stating that since I already paid she cannot help me â implying that the company policy states that they do not care what happens after the customer pays.
The overall disregard for customer satisfaction and refusal to take accountability for the error were deeply disappointing. As someone who values the importance of customer service, I found this experience unacceptable. I hope that by sharing my experience, others can avoid similar...
   Read moreI had a really disappointing experience at this Lovisa location. The staff were surprisingly rude and dismissive when I asked about making a return. There's no return policy posted anywhere in the store, which makes it confusing for customers.
I completely understand not being able to return sealed items like nose jewelry for hygiene reasons - that makes sense. But refusing to take back earrings that are out in the open, where countless people touch them every day, just doesn't make sense. I tried to return my item within 24 hours, and instead of handling it politely, the staff made the situation uncomfortable.
It's not about the money â it's about how customers are treated and the lack of transparency. Definitely won't be shopping here again until they improve their customer service and clearly post...

Did not have time to go in and shop unfortunately so, I came back during the weekend on a Saturday. This was around 1pm. They were closed. I was bummed so I came back the next day and they were closed again âŚ.
