Worst Pandora store on the planet. I came to Michigan to visit my girlfriend, before leaving Florida to get on the plane I decided to buy her two Pandora rings at Insight inside the airport at $180 value. The woman inside Insight told me that if she wanted to exchange the rings that she could take them to any Pandora store to do so as long as she was not returning them. Unfortunately she was not a fan of the rings I purchased and we decided to go to the Partridge Creek Pandora store to look at rings together thinking we would be able to exchange them. The first employee I spoke with started off nice but then decided to question if I was in Florida the day before (which obviously isn't her business), after speaking with the manager she told me they could not do anything to help me. I left the store and called Insight (one of the stores I originally purchased the rings from) asking them why I was given false information. They began to tell me that as long as I was not returning an item for a refund that I should be allowed to exchange it. They also told me that I need to complain about the store and provided me with the direct line to Pandora, not the 1-800 number. My girlfriend and I decided to go back into the store to talk to a manager and we spoke with Julie who was the Assisant Manager. We explained to Julie very nicely what we were told and she told us that the people at Insight just didn't want to deal with my questions, funny because I called a different Insight since the one at the airport was closed and they were very helpful. Julie began to talk to us like we were dumb, holding the receipt to show us that it says Insight at the top and not Pandora as if we can't read, with her coworker repeating what she is saying as if we weren't understanding fully AND mocking what we said to Julie. Also, it's funny because when you search pandora locations, ON pandoras website, plenty of "not pandora" stores come up in which you can purchase pandora products. AND when you read the return and exchange policy on pandoras website you can absolutely exchange a product without a receipt for the current price of the item. So princess Julie could have exchanged the product for us but she herself did "not want to deal with us." So, with that being said, I will be taking Insight up on their offer and calling pandora to let them know all about the store at partridge creek. After we told her we were going to complain we asked Julie for her name and she would not tell us until after the third time. Leaving the store she decided to shout across the store "I'm trying to help you" and that she was going to make the exchange for us, but if that were the case she would have been a lot more helpful from the beginning. WORST PANDORA...
Read moreSo I went to the Pandora Store at Partridge Creek to use a gift certificate that my Mother-In-Law had purchased for me today. I made my selection of what I was going to purchase, which was well over $125, so I qualified for the free bracelet event. I chose a bracelet worth $65 and was told it was put in my bag on purchase. The items I purchased along with my "free bracelet" were supposed to be placed in my bag. The bag was already tied up, not allowing me to inspect it and I was asked to sign a receipt that I had "received my free bacelet." I asked the clerk if the bracelet was in the bag and was assured it was. I did not see anyone place the bracelet in the bag but I did see them place the items I purchased in the bag. So I left the store and went out to my car and inspected the bag and there was no "free bracelet" for which I qualified for based my over $125 purchase. The sole purpose for me using my gift certificate today was to qualify for the "free bracelet." So I returned to the store to inform them that I had not received my "free bracelet" and the store manager upon consulting with the Pandora employee that assisted me at the register, advised me that there was nothing more she could do for me as her coworker assured her that the "free bracelet" was place in my bag. I am a good customer, have purchased many items in the Pandora Store at Partridge Creek, tell everyone when they are looking for a gift me me to purchase a gift certificate or item for me specifically from Pandora and this is how I am treated. Basically in not so many words being accused of stealing a "free bracelet." I informed the store manager that I would like a complete refund for the items I did purchase and my request was granted. I received a complete refund for the over $125 purchase. So if I were being accused of taking a free bracelet, why would I receive a gift card for the same amount I had spent in the store today to begin with? I am certain that Pandora has cameras and if they examined the camera they would determine that no such "free bracelet" was ever placed in my bag. It was either placed in another customer's bag or kept by an employee. So this is how they want to treat good paying customers? I have never felt like I was being accused of theft like I did today. I will never return to this location and doubt that I will even purchase another...
