Dealing with the store manager Cheryl was hands-down the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Cheryl was extremely rude, sarcastic, argumentative, and Cheryl even raised her voice to me in front of other customers, all because I was 4 days late bringing my ring in for its 6-month inspection. (I have never been late before in 3 years.) I ended up having to call Zales customer service while I was still in the mall, and they were shocked at the way I was being treated! They told me that Cheryl was telling me was wrong and to go back in for my inspection, no problem. Well it was a huge problem because when I went back in, Cheryl was even MORE rude, refused to accept responsibility, and even got other customers involved in a yelling match with me. And I am NOT someone who normally engages in things like this! I honestly cannot believe that this woman still has her job. I have already reported her to tier 1 customer service and I am waiting for a call back from Cherylâs district manager. This woman should NOT be working with the public. I cannot stress this enough, GO TO ANOTHER COMPANY OR AT LEAST ANOTHER ZALES LOCATION FOR YOUR JEWELRY! I noticed other customers reviews say they had terrible experiences with Cheryl as well, I am NOT surprised!
Edit, to respond to the person below me who I can only assume is Cheryl herself or someone close to her standing up for her because otherwise, why would you be looking up this yelp review less than 24 hours after the incident?.. First of all I appreciate your clever attempt at shaming me by saying my husband looked disappointed in me, but I assure you that he was only shocked at Cherylâs behavior, not mine. Trust me, if Cheryl has any reason to have me âremoved by mall securityâ, she wouldâve taken that opportunity. There were absolutely no grounds for having me removed (obviously) because standing up for yourself when a store worker is YELLING at YOU is not a crime. Cheryl was not attempting to resolve anything with me, she was dead set on proving that she was ârightâ and I was âwrongâ even after customer service said to her and to myself that she was the one in the wrong. I donât need to waste any more time here because I have already spoken to Cherylâs district manager, and he has already spoken to Cheryl. From what I was told, Cheryl KNEW she was in the wrong by the time that phone call was made, so one can only hope that she learns a lesson from this, and/or decides that working with the public is not her specialty. As far as her being funny, kind, ready to help, etc... well, the other reviews on here that mention her terrible attitude must also be wrong, maybe you should respond to them, too. Bottom line: horrible customer service. Other reviews donât lie....
Read moreI love this location the sales reps are absolutely amazing and Iâve never had anything bad to say about this zales store until today.especially with two jewelry stores in a 50yd radius and I chose zales because of how they treated me. So I called before letting them know I would be coming today to drop off a ring I bought and purchased the warranty for it, so I arrive and itâs not even 6:55 it was around 6 minutes before closing and when the woman saw me walking towards the door she rushed to lock it then tried to walk away, she came back and said that all the cases were locked up I told her I just wanted to drop off an item I purchased to have it sized and instead of just allowing me to bring it in and go through the process that takes less than five minutes she would rather argue with me through the door using time that couldâve been used to fill the paperwork out and still be done before the ACTUAL LISTED closing time of 7pm. Lady was an older woman with glasses she has a grey highlight in her hair and sheâs heavier set was who I had this experience with. I was actually planning on doing more business at this store and due to this one single interaction Iâm rethinking this thought. They say that not one person can ruin a reputation of a store but they certainly did not show me anything aside from a one star service as of now. Iâm writing this review at 7:01 pm by the way. Zales do better⊠rethinking choosing you over Kay jewlers now since they were still respectful enough to let me in their...
Read moreThey will never get my business again. I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location since my husband purchased my rings (over 5 years ago). First and foremost, my rings have been sent in for repair more than they've been on my finger! Diamonds falling out constantly, the repairs that I am promised NOT happening. And to make matters worse, they are the rudest associates. They do not take responsibility, basically called me a liar saying that "Bonnie would never do that, Bonnie knows better." I told them I have been more than understanding but that the fact that things are not being done repeatedly and that my rings have to be sent out constantly is frustrating and that I never get any kind of empathy, NEVER an apology and am always met with a bad attitude about it. With my last issue where one of my rings set out was not even resized, my husband and I got so fed up that we said forget it and went to Lucido's to purchase new rings. Again, not one apology, just...
