BUBBLEOLOGY — Restaurant in Clinton Township

I'm torn. I enjoy the food/drinks alot but some of the staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE! The first 2 times I went in and I was greeted by 2 very nice girls (I remember one had long blonde hair and was running the register). It was my first time there and she was super helpful. However, the next couple times I've gone in it has been 2 different girls working (the one running the register has long black hair and glasses) and they are sooooo rude! The girl at the register will play on her phone until you start talking to her. She is snotty and rude and just acts like she hates being there. The first time I dealt with her she started throwing things around as she was making drinks, which seemed uncalled for. She was complaining about being there in front of all the customers. As we were leaving other people were commenting on her attitude as well. By the looks of these Google comments we are not the only ones who have dealt with this rude employee. As much as we love Bubbleology I think we may need to find a new spot. This specific employee just ruins the whole experience and I just get annoyed everytime I walk in...

I went here with my friends after eating a fairly large meal but somehow found room to eat every bite of the gelato and waffles they had to offer on the menu. We each tried one of their speciality waffles and were not disappointed one bit. The inside has a nice set up with a few swing seats and the outside is great to take selfies in front of depending on the weather. The staff were swift to welcoming all of us and they prepared our orders without error. They let you select your waffle and gelato from start to finish so you can customize what you want if the specialty items are not to your liking. I do wish however, that nitrogen ice cream was offered since I am one of those people that can taste the difference between gelato and regular ice cream. Also, the waffles I found a bit tougher than what I am used to. They also have a variety of bubble tea flavors to choose from and it pairs really well with their waffles. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this place needs a customer service check. After going in for the first time, my guest and I had a lot of questions which the one employee kindly answered. After placing our order another employee made our drinks. She place the first one down and named off a different order, which is okay. I had asked her if it was my tea and she began to give me attitude. It was a simple question. She gave me the other tea by shoving it in my direction, turned to the other girl working and I watched her make snarky remarks about me. I picked up my straw and told her to have a nice day, instead of saying thank you or saying it back, she rolled her eyes at me. I am absolutely appalled....
