Omg, I love this place so much. Upon checking in, they asked if we were celebrating anything special and most importantly, if we have any dietary restrictions (allergies, food sensitivities, etc). I found that to be sooo considerate. The atmosphere was upscale but casual, very clean and aesthetically pleasing. Plenty of parking, no long wait (at the time we went), the tasting room looked amazing, I didn't indulge this time , but I plan to be back very soon! The food and drinks were DELECTABLE. I had the Parmesan crusted chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans and it was so good, I finished my whole plate. My mom got the salmon with wasabi potatoes and neither of us usually likes wasabi (most people don't use authentic wasabi ) but this one was so good! We also had the spaghetti and meatballs and you can tell that nearly everything is from scratch, those noodles... Chefs kiss! Our server Courtney was so sweet, attentive and personable. She was on it and gave great explanations, recommendations and was an all around pleasant person. I had a sample of the house blend red wine and it was okay, however, I'm usually not a dry red fan. It's mildly dry so I didn't hate it and drank the whole thing, but it wasn't my preference. My second glass was the Rhubarb Wine and omg that was so good! If you like subtly sweet wines, I highly recommend this one! All-in-all, I will be back, A LOT! And I recommend everyone to give this place a try!

Reservations anyone!? 😊 Yes reservations were made, and checked in and was seated within 5 minutes. Got to our spot and was met by our food assistant Jamel. The knowledge of this pleasant assistant was just wonderful. For that to have been his 4TH day on the floor by himself it was like he was a PRO. The wine recommendations and the honesty of choice was just awesome. The atmosphere was perfect and the music was on point! Now let's get down to the food stuffs. 😋 Overall the food was good. That's all, just good. Appetizer for the evening was pot stickers. Those were nice. And the steak I ordered was tiny. 🤨 Now for the price I was expecting more than the piece that was the size of a half saucer, the vegetables were a lot more charrd than I would have liked. It wasn't very many veggies for me to eat. But the stuff I did eat was good (and sure I felt like I was starving the next day, but we are talking about the evening). 🤣 The chicken dinner was good, didn't eat the huge pieces of cheese that were cut but it was a nice touch. They have a wine selection made for champion's. And if you are looking for a great vibe check it out for yourself. @according2teau 👽🦄

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE! I have never had a favorite restaurant, but as of today its Cooper's Hawk. I have been wanting to try this restaurant and they did not dissapoint. If I could give them 6 stars I would. The waitress Amanda had a trainee named Toni. They were both fabulous. Starting out with Bacon Wrapped Shrimp & Thai Lettuce Wraps set the stage for what was so delicious. The wraps were the best I have ever had. Three different sauces that each paired well. The shrimp was presented beautifully and satisfied our palettes. Seriously!! Damn good. Cant forget the complimentary samples of wine. My Aunt joined their Wine Club which offers great monthly deals and frills. The main course offering was great because we had soup & salad. Perfect portion sizes. We ate every bite...lol. No left overs.... My Aunt even ordered there Jambalaya as carry out for dinner. They have a tasting room and excellent gifts items and wine to purchase as well. Excellent food, atmosphere and staff. We cannot wait to go back!

So I have heard a lot of great things about this location and figured on my only day off I would take my daughter (2 years old) in for lunch and walk around the mall. Upon walking in they didn’t seem busy factoring I only saw a total of 2 tables on the patio and 2 tables in the dining room. Out of the 4 tables 2 of them had food already!

I sat down roughly 12:30 and Kay (our server) came over. She was friendly and honesty took their time taking my order and being patient with my daughter who was becoming hangry. I quickly put an order for a kid cheeseburger in while I looked at the menu for myself. I shortly put my food order in after (the chopped wedge and modified NO ITALIAN DRESSING and only have the blue cheese)

At 12:56 my daughters food still didn’t come out and I called the manager over. I was expressing that I felt that the food was taking 15 to 20 mins for a kid cheeseburger and was getting frustrated as I am also a general manager and know to look for certain things. (For example: the fact I saw on their system my kid burger flashing red indicating to anyone looking at the system that they are in the red for timing for that meal. Yea this happened) As I was explaining myself my daughter food came out where Kay confirmed it did take a while. Then my food arrived shortly after to find that my modification was not honored. At this point I sent the dish back and lost my appetite completely.

I asked for the bill and Kay came back over and explain that the manager had comped both the kid meal and my meal. I do appreciate that but again no communication other than relying on my server to talk to me about what’s going on is extremely frustrating.

As a fellow manager this is highly embarrassing and unprofessional that your Executive chef that I was told was there and the foh manager combined can’t communicate properly with a table when something is taking a while or wrong but on top of that allows the server to be the one to talk to me. I would never allow my staff to handle a situation with a guest that was upset to ensure that I was doing everything in my power to change their experience. Yes the meals being removed is nice but I would definitely would have appreciated a final touch or an invite back to retry my experience.

I won’t be returning and I’m sure me as one person doesn’t matter but i hope this review brings some things to the management and owners attention.

Great job kay

(To be clear my service was 3 stars because the only service I got was from Kay. You lost two stars from that aspect due to the lack of service and communication of the managers.

Very very very...

So surprised at the star reviews. Had our first experience at Coopers Hawk Clinton Twp and was not impressed. We came in tonight 7/10 and sat down with my husband. Waitress was awesome in the beginning bringing us our waters and taking our orders. After she brought our salad and soup, that was is. Didn’t see her again until the bill came. We ordered a side Caesar salad and chicken noodle soup. My husbands side salad was a full size 🙄 and my water with lemon for my husband and I was empty. The waitress has not come back to refill and the chef brought out our meals. My chicken piccata was whatever, the chicken was super chewy, no big deal. My husbands chicken bacon sandwich without avocado was not good. Biggest complaint was there was a half piece of one strip of bacon on my husbands sandwich and the chicken piece was very small. When he wanted to say something to the waitress, the waitress was assisting the booth next to us, looked over at my husband and walked away. We assume she saw us complaining and never came back. Our waters will still empty at this point. She came back when we were waiting around for our bill, she asked if we wanted dessert and after we kindly replied no, she quickly brought the bill over. On a $63, based on the service from the waitress, I’m sad to say we tipped her 10%. In the words of Kim K “ It seems like nobody wants to work these days.” Doing the bare minimum will not get you 18 or 20 percent nor are we obligated to pay you for this type of service on a slow Sunday night. I’m sad to say that Emily may have been one of the worst waitresses I’ve had at a chain restaurant. Please make sure you check in on your customers. I’m certainly no waitress, but we’re the people that put $$ in your pocket based on your service. This restaurant completely disappointed us. Hopefully management reads this and retrains it’s...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Copper Hawk, and I must say it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish! This fine dining establishment exceeded all my expectations, not only with its exquisite food but also with the exceptional service provided by our server, Megan.

Upon entering Copper Hawk, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly in a beautifully appointed dining area that exuded an inviting and elegant ambiance. The atmosphere was perfect for a special evening out, with tasteful decor and soft lighting that created an intimate setting.

Now, let’s talk about the food—absolutely divine! Each dish was a masterpiece, beautifully presented and and exploding with flavor. From the appetizer to the dessert, every bite was a testament to the chef’s culinary artistry. The seasonal specials showcased fresh, local ingredients that enhanced the dining experience.

What truly made our evening exceptional was Megan, our server. From the moment she approached our table, her friendliness and professionalism made us feel right at home. She was knowledgeable about the menu and provided thoughtful recommendations that helped us navigate the extensive wine list and the delectable dishes. Megan’s attentiveness throughout the meal was impressive; she struck the perfect balance of being available without being intrusive, ensuring that our glasses were filled and our needs were met.

Megan also took the time to share her insights about the inspiration behind certain dishes, which added a personal touch to our experience. It’s evident that she genuinely cares about her guests’ satisfaction, and her enthusiasm for the dining experience...
