I am not a person who complains very often, but I have to say, If they would allow customers to give a 'no star' rating I would certainly choose no stars for this review. I first went to the waukee location to pay my bill however they were closed and we were redirected to go to the 86th st. Store in clive. We did not have an issue driving just a few miles to a different store. I walked in and told the associate working about the waukee store closeing early and told her I would like to pay my phone bill. She directed me over to a seat and asked me for my phone number. I told her my phone number. She didnt hear me so i repeated the number to her again. She still didnt hear me say the number and then proceeded to rudly say I needed to slow down instead of asking politely. I repeated the last 4 numbers to her slowly and clearly since she had the first three numbers correct. She then acted like she didnt hear me and handed me a piece of paper to write my phone number on. I wrote my phone number down. The entire time she was extremely rude and almost seemed like she was bullying me and treated me as though I had a lower intelligence. My boyfriend witnessed all of this take place. As she was done assisting us she proceeded to continue her demeaning dialogue and talk down to me. She told me I wasn't allowed to return to that location to pay my phone bill. My boyfriend was appalled to witness her abusive attitude and unprofessional exchange with me. In summary when I entered the store I was in a pleasant mood. The sale associate appeared to have some issue with me walking in 15min before close to pay my phone bill. I got bullied and banned from the store after I had to drive a few miles away from the original store due to lack of internet. The sales associates name is Karina Martinez and she demonstrated poor customer service skills and complete disregard to customer satisfaction. I have worked retail and customer service. I was trained to treat the customer with respect and to maintain the companys integrity, as an employee is a representative of the company. The is always a professional way to say something and it is paramount that the customer leave satisfied. Even if I were to have been rude to the sales assosiate (in which I was not) she should have tried her best to treat me professionally and ensure customer satisfaction. I buy in cash every new Iphone and a new android every other year. So they get 1500 in phones a year plus 1296 a year in service money. So Im no slouch.
I was informed were I could go to have my phone worked on outside of cricket wirless. I had insurance on two lines. I was also informed I could get a free replacement on LG for a year but I would have to mail mine in.
