It’s too bad I have to give only two stars to this location. I visited the store today and was not greeted or offered assistance by any of the staff there. There were at least five staff and only two other customers. As I walked in, no one acknowledged me. I literally walked around the store for about 10 minutes and was completely ignored, I was literally transparent to staff. Beautiful clothing, terrible service. I shopped at Talbots in Clive this morning. cannot pass up this chance to applaud the great personal service, helpfulness, & knowledge of merchandise that I experienced while shopping. Susie was my salesperson & it was like having a personal shopper! She went out of her way to find exactly what I was looking for & was extremely helpful in selecting items for me to try on. I left the store a happy shopper with a smile on my face...

Love this Talbots. Yes, the clothes are great but what is the best is their service. Helping find other items while I am in the dressing room is what I love about this store. The service here...
