Watch ProShop — Local services in West Des Moines

I recently had the pleasure of using the services of the Watch ProShop to have two women's and two men's watches repaired. The watches needed new batteries, and one of them required an additional link as it was too small for my wrist. I must say, my experience with this shop was exceptional from start to finish.

The customer service was top-notch. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They took the time to understand the issues with my watches and provided clear explanations of the repair process. I was impressed by their professionalism and dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction.

The repair work was completed in a timely manner. The watches were returned to me looking as good as new, and I could tell that great care had been taken in handling them. The addition of the link to one of the watches was done seamlessly, and now it fits perfectly on my wrist.

Brought a necklace in that broke hoping to get it repaired-cheaper than buying new. It was clean break and s simple repair (if you have the right tools) I showed it to him he looked it over, checked metal type (sterling silver) came back and told me that it would take 1/2 or less and quoted me 35.00.

I told him that was more than I paid for it new, he told me to go over to JCPs and price one. I told him that I’d shop Amazon and could buy one for under 11.00. He told me he couldn’t do it for that…then I started to walk away and he said he could do it for 25.00. I said it cheaper to buy a new one and left the necklace there. He took it (didn’t offer me anything for it) I turned and walked out…coming back I pitched once more what I thought would be a win-win I said I’d rather spend my money with you instead of a big company could you do it for 15.00? He said no…I should have taken my necklace…but didn’t. He “won” I got nothing.
