I experienced very good customer service from one of the employees. I bought a couple of items which the quality, I realized, is not the best but cute and unique skirts. I was able to speak with the owner, eventually, about some business and she gave me the incorrect email to contact her. I made sure and she repeated twice and I repeated back to her to make sure I had wrote it down correctly and she mentioned it was but receive notifications that it was an invalid email address . Originally I thought it was a nice store but after spending $65 on one of their purses, it was a complete rip off! I’ve paid way less for way more. The purse started falling apart a week after I had it and I barely leave the house so it was lightly used. The purse is almost in shreds and I would really like to drive back up and return it but the gas alone is more than the purse. Will not be making that mistake again. Neither will anyone I care about.
