Decided to try this today, and was not happy about it. I will stick with high rolling coffee, after all. The cashier was just so rude, looked at me like I am dumb for asking for what sizes they had, didn’t add the flavoring to my drink or have anything welcoming to say, let alone a welcoming face. Acted like she was just better than I, I hope this was my experience alone. Overall the rudeness/coldness is what bothered me. No greeting upon arrival, just a look that made you feel, should I leave??? I’ve not encountered that sort of rudeness in Cloudcroft as a whole, no thank you or have a nice day, nothing upon grabbing my coffee and leaving. LOVE this coffee shop! It is one of the things I look forward to each summer when I visit Cloudcroft. Black Bear is family owned by great people! The employees are always friendly and accommodating (especially important for me because I’m picky - lol). Yesterday Mia helped me decide on an iced matcha latte w/blackberry syrup; it was excellent!
